Kim Kardashian Hosts a Lavish Beauty Brunch For North West's 10th Birthday

The Kardashians have a "go big or go home" policy when it comes to parties, and North West's 10th birthday was no exception. On June 15, Kim Kardashian celebrated her oldest daughter's big day with a lavish beauty brunch hosted by Anastasia Beverly Hills.

"My sweet special baby girl. I can't believe you're 10 years old North," Kardashian captioned a set of selfies she and West took at the Warriors vs. Lakers game in May. "My soul changed the day I met you and I love having you as my best friend. Thank you for making me a mommy. I love you so so so much and I will always be by your side forever."

The beauty brunch consisted of tea served in elegant tea cups, glossy tarts adorned with macarons, chocolate truffles, delicate éclairs, glass dishes filled with candy, and a number of desserts topped with edible gold and flowers. The children also received products from the Anastasia Beverly Hills beauty catalogue and had an in-person talk with the brand's owner, Anastasia Soare. At one point, Kardashian even stepped in to act as a canvas for Soare's demonstration of the beauty products.

The night before, West and her friend, Eva, enjoyed a joint birthday slumber party at The Beverly Hills Hotel. Dressed in pink pajamas, West and her friends snapped photos, snacked on Hello Kitty treats, sipped on mocktails named after the guests of honor (see: the North by Northwest and Eva's Lavender Haze drink), and slept in miniature canopy beds. Each of the attendees also received gift baskets filled with candy, toys, slippers, beauty products, and a few nighttime essentials.

Kourtney Kardashian and her daughter, Penelope Disick, joined in on the festivities, too, singing happy birthday to the girls in front of a towering chrome cake. In one clip, West's friends also treated her to a solo song as she stood in front of a pink cake topped with macarons, chocolate, and candles. Turning 10 is a huge milestone, and this luxurious birthday party seems like one West will never forget.
