Are Tom and Katie Justified?

It has been rumored that Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes are fuming mad at one of Hollywood's trendiest baby boutiques - Petit Trésor. After Life & Style reported that the family spent $400,000 on lil Suri over the last two years, the couple's lawyer Aaron Moss wrote a letter stating:

This conduct violates our clients' rights of privacy and rights of publicity.

As a layperson, it is hard for me to imagine anyone wanting to disclose the amount I spend on my personal items. While Tom and Katie live in the public eye, I do believe a line should be drawn. Reporting your customers' spending and buying habits is one I would not cross.

Posh Spends $100K in Just a Day!

Victoria Beckham is stateside spending up a storm. She's obviously very excited to move, but she wants to make sure that her three boys feel right at home. They haven't found a place yet but Posh has evidently ordered $100K worth of bedroom furniture and toys for Brooklyn, Romeo, and Cruz! And you'll never guess who is talking? Here's more:

Victoria wants the rooms to have soccer murals, soccer beds, soccer bean bag chairs, soccer ottomans and soccer desks. We're detecting a theme here. Samantha Winch, co-owner of Petit Tresor, tells TMZ, "The idea is to make you feel like you're in a soccer stadium like dad."

Petit Tresor sure loves to tell all. They even said Victoria purchased $12K worth of other stuff and had it shipped to Beckingham Palace in the UK, including a Hermes diaper bag. This of course is going to lead to more speculation that she's pregnant, but look after seeing her in this dress it's just hard to buy!

Is Julia Roberts Having Twins... Again

Sounds like Petit Tresor has a mole. The popular baby boutique recently revealed some baby purchases made by Nicole Kidman which in turn sparked pregnancy rumors. The posh store may be hot right now but if they keep telling the world what celebs are buying there they may find themselves with nothing else to report. Their latest celeb customer was Julia Roberts who recently revealed she was pregnant. The star evidently bought two of everything and all of a sudden the rumor is - she's having twins! R&M reports:

Is Julia Roberts having twins again? She's bought double on all her infant things from the posh baby store Petit Tresor: two Bonne Nuit cribs and changing tables, two gliders, two Moses baskets, and more than enough Kaloo toys to push the bill over $10,000. With 2-year-old twins Phinnaeus and Hazel already in the house, Roberts will have become the mother of four in just three years.

Again, it's a little bit of a stretch to assume that she's having twins just because she's bought two of everything. Celebs have multiple houses, multiple wings, and may have more than one baby room. Besides, wouldn't Julia have anything left over from just having twins? Sounds like we'll have to wait and see for this one. Stay tuned.

Nicole Feeds the Pregnancy Rumors

Nicole attended the premiere of God Grew Tired of Us last night in LA with producer Brad and Angelina. Nic narrates the film which is about four boys from Sudan who embark on a journey to America. While she continues to look super-skinny at the premiere, the pregnancy rumors continue. People really are wanting her to have a baby despite a real lack of evidence. Here's more:

Nicole Kidman has added fuel to the rumours she is pregnant with husband Keith Urban's child by splashing out more than £350 on baby gear.

The actress told her assistant to call boutique Petit Tresor in Los Angeles and order a selection of goodies for a newborn baby.

"The items were purchased using Nicole Kidman's credit card," a source at the shop said.

This just isn't enough for us. She could be buying that stuff for anyone, like her sister Antonia who just happens to have a baby on the way! Well, at least Nicole knows exactly where to shop when she does get pregnant! Too bad for the celebs Petit Tresor seems to tell anyone and everyone when they are shopping at their store. Madonna is evidently sparing no expense on her new baby David. Between promoting her new children's book, and doing the talk show circuit to discuss her recent adoption, she's somehow figured out a way to spend a small fortune on baby furniture and toys for David. Here's more:

MADONNA is building a safari-themed nursery for her adopted Malawian tot David Banda. She has ordered £15,000 of furniture for the 13-month-old’s room in her Los Angeles home.

It includes a £1,600 cot, £500 bedding and £1,300 changing table from trendy US kids’ store Petit Tresor.

A store insider said: “She bought a load of African-themed stuff.”

Whoever works at Petit Tresor has a big mouth. They are always blabbing about what celebs buy. I guess they do have some really cute stuff and clearly Madge wants David to have the best since she is spending almost $30,000. For more pics of Madonna in NYC just read more

Pete and Ashlee Rumored to Be Seeing Baby Blue

Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz left their furry baby Rigby at home and headed into a doctor's appointment in LA yesterday. Ash seems to be in the mood to match her maxi dress to her hair in orange again. Seriously though, between his glasses and her wayfarers, could their eyewear be any more hipster? The tattoo loving couple has many months to go before their new addition, but rumor has it that they were seen shopping for lots of blue baby things. Of course, the news comes from Petit Tresor so take it with a grain of salt - plus, when it comes to unconventional Pete and Ashlee I'd say that nursery color doesn't necessarily mean we know we're expecting a boy.

Jennifer Lopez is a hot mama who knows it. People Magazine reports that the pregnant showstopper bought pink and blue "Don't ya wish your mommy was hot like mine?" Tuni and G onesies at Petite Tresor feeding speculation that she and hubbie, Marc Anthony are expecting twins.

And, it seems by her purchase of the $30 snap suits, that the bootylicious star wants her bellicious baby (or babies) to broadcast her "it" factor too.
