One of the upcoming movies I'm most excited about is Kick-Ass, starring Aaron Johnson, Nicolas Cage and Chloe Moretz, and now Mika has released a video for his own song from the movie! The song —out April 6 — is a typical Mika track, and the video features lots of fun clips from the action packed movie. Check it out and let me know if you'll spin it or sling it!

File this under weird but kind of awesome: electro-pop group Hot Chip just released its music video for "I Feel Better," featuring a fictional boy band ('90s flashbacks, anyone?). In the scene, the pretty boys are dancing on stage for screaming fangirls when — plot twist! — an alien figure (or is it God?) enters the room and strikes at the performers with giant lasers that shoot from his mouth.

Diana Vickers has been concentrating on her theatre career since she appeared on The X Factor back in 2008 and was voted out in the semi-final. She's now ready to release her music, and the video for her debut single "Once" has just come out. It's released on 19 April, ahead of her debut album Songs From The Tainted Cherry Tree which will follow on 3 May.

Kaya Scodelario and her man Elliott Tittensor showed their love for music — and each other — at the NME Awards last month, so it's no surprise that they're starring in the new music video from The Ruskins for their new single "Old Isleworth". Shameless star Elliott stars as a criminal teen and Kaya pops up as a girl he flirts with — let me know what you think!
To check out the couple in the video, just read more

Eliza Doolittle has been building a reputation as one to watch, with her taster EP last year being picked up by Radio 1 DJs like Nick Grimshaw, Fearne Cotton and Jo Whiley. The 21-year-old Londoner is releasing her album in the Summer and the first single "Skinny Genes" is out on 5th April. You may well recognise it from Fearne and Holly Willoughby's very.co.uk advert!

The epic video for "Telephone" by Lady GaGa and Beyonce has finally debuted and I want to hear your opinion. A collaboration between these two was always going to be larger than life and the video runs to almost ten minutes long (and is NSFW)! It's colourful and I absolutely love the track —but will you spin it or sling it?

Anybody who's a fan of the board game Mouse Trap and the band OK Go is so about to have the best day ever: The band has just released a music video for "This Too Shall Pass" from their album Of the Blue Colour of the Sky, and it might just be the coolest video ever.
It's a grandly fun ride, kicking off with a domino effect that triggers a contraption of golf balls, marbles, ropes and pulleys (told you it was like Mouse Trap. Or the opening scene in Pee-wee's Big Adventure).
