If you've got a a lil lady who loves to twirl, check out Baby Lulu. The kiddie chic frilly floral pieces ($30 – $53) give a girl fashion flair with their vibrant colors and bold patterns. My 4-year-old daughter adores the line of skirts, shirts, dresses, pants, scarves, headbands, bows, and hats, which are definitely not for wall flowers.
