If lil Samson could speak, I know he'd be saying "numnumnumnumnum!" Dogs aren't the only ones who enjoy some frozen goodness of the fruit or the peanut butter varieties. In honor of today's wriggly nosed ruler, I created a specially sweet treat for those silent creatures. They're yummy for bunnies' tummies but don't treat rabbits to too many — nobody likes a tubby bunny!

Not just yummy in your tummy (sorry, my inner five-year-old couldn't resist), yogurt's also quite nutritious for other parts of your body, as FitSugar likes to remind me. It's rich in protein, which can improve bones and also hair and nails over time. But, if you're not into eating it, there are plenty of other ways to benefit.
