It seems so long since we've seen Jake Gyllenhaal on screen (2007 in Rendition, to be exact), so I'm glad that we're about to get a lot more of him. Next month we'll catch him in Brothers, then in the Spring all buffed up in Prince of Persia — and he won't be slowing down. Gyllenhaal is in talks to star in the sci-fi thriller Source Code.

Fit Tip: Stretch in Bed Instead of Snoozing
When you're fast asleep in your cozy cave-like bedroom, it's tempting to hit the snooze button a couple times in order to catch up on a few more minutes of shut-eye. They're fragmented bits of sleep though since the sound of your alarm is constantly interrupting you. So instead of trying to get back to that dream where you embarrassingly showed up naked at the gym, use your time more wisely by stretching in bed.
Fit Tip: Welcome Daylight Saving With Evening Workouts
It's daylight saving time this Sunday, March 8, which means we'll lose an hour that day when we "spring forward." The best way to deal with it is to sleep in on Sunday so you don't disrupt your sleep patterns, then go to bed at your normal bedtime on Sunday night. When you wake up in the morning that Monday, you'll notice it's a lot darker out.
