Baby Usher has got some big shoes to fill as his daddy has made quite a name for himself in the music world. A fashionable papa to boot, it seems the lil guy is keeping up to speed with his own little suede boots on the playground. Swinging the afternoon away with his parents at a Beverly Hills park, I'm sure the tot was thinking to himself, "Yeah, Yeah, Yeah! Yeah, Yeah! Yeaah!"

The Musical World Gets Together to Help Haiti

One day after music's biggest stars gathered in LA for the Grammys, many of them reconvened at the Jim Henson studios yesterday to record a new version of "We Are the World." The premiere of the single, which benefits Haiti, will take place during the Feb. 12 broadcast of the Vancouver Olympics opening ceremony on NBC. Kanye West was fresh from the French couture shows to join Jennifer Hudson and Wyclef Jean, while Joel Madden brought along little Harlow, who apparently flirted with the Jonas Brothers and Kanye. Benji Madden chatted with Rashida Jones, while Justin Bieber and Harry Connick Jr. mingled with Vince Vaughn.

Nicole Richie was there with Joel and Harlow, later joking, "I hope Jennifer Hudson wasn't upset that I was out singing her tonight." Lil Wayne had a little solo studio time, while Miley Cyrus and Pink bonded for a bit. Celine Dion, meanwhile, looked happy to share a moment with all three Jonas Brothers. Rashida's father, legendary producer Quincy Jones, was the man behind the original version of the song produced 25 years ago, and he was there again leading Hollywood's latest effort to help Haiti while also honoring Michael Jackson.

2010 Grammy Awards - The Winners and The Show!

Beyonce won six Grammy awards at the 2010 ceremony that took place last night in Los Angeles! Her song "Single Ladies" took Song of the Year and Best R'n'B Song too, while country star Taylor Swift took home four awards including Album of the Year for Fearless. Jay-Z, Black Eyed Peas and Kings of Leon won three gongs each, while Lady GaGa and Eminem got to take home two. Lady GaGa put in a fab performance alongside Elton John at the ceremony, while Beyonce's performance included a cover of Alanis Morrisette's "You Oughta Know".

Katy Perry sat next to her man Russell Brand in the audience, while Nicole Kidman accompanied Keith Urban to the ceremony. Presenters included Glee's Lea Michele, Robert Downey Jr, Jeff Bridges and Ringo Starr. Paris and Prince Jackson also attended to pick up a posthumous Lifetime Achievement Award on behalf of their late father, Michael.

Kicking Off the Grammys With a Salute to Icons!

Last night Clive Davis hosted his annual pre-Grammy Salute to Icons with a star-studded crowd in attendance. Katy Perry, Taylor Swift, and Jay-Z were in the audience while Carrie Underwood, the Black Eyed Peas, and Jamie Foxx kept the crowd entertained with some of their Grammy-nominated hits. It's hard to forget how the night before the Grammys ended for Rihanna one year ago, but she smiled big throughout the party with so many of her friends. The Dark Knight, Grey's Among People's Choice Nominees

Last year's edition of the People's Choice Awards was awfully bizarre because of the writers' strike, but hopefully this year's version will be a return to form. The nominations for the 35th annual show came out today, and as usual, it's a pretty eclectic list - from The Dark Knight to Grey's Anatomy to Robert Downey Jr. to Rihanna.

The most intriguing category this year is a new one, Favorite Star 35 and Under, with a long list of nominees including Blake Lively, Angelina Jolie, and Taylor Swift. Voting is open for all the categories now, and the awards will be presented Jan. 7 with Queen Latifah returning as host. To see the full list of nominees, just read more.

Fresh Faces and Performances Keep It Hot at BET Awards

While the red carpet was sunny and colorful in LA last night, the real fun was reserved for the Shrine Auditorium stage at the BET Awards. Some of the best performances of the night were from our young familiar faces like Chris Brown and Rihanna as well as some old favorites like Alicia Keys alongside En Vogue and TLC (minus Left Eye). How cute was it seeing Chris/Rihanna singing along with each other's performances from the audience? Love it. Kanye has said that he's done having tantrums over award shows (though that does not go for everything), but luckily last night he didn't have to walking away with two statues - check out all the winners here. Along with lots of Obama love, Fergie helped close out the show with Nelly her fellow pa-pa-pa-pa-party person before hitting what I'm sure was the real fun at all the after show soirées.

It looks like backstage was the place where Fashion Rocks' hot performers met up with their spouses like Jennifer with Marc, Usher with Tameka, Mary with Kendu. Pregnant and gorgeous Nicole stayed off her feet while the rest of the lucky backstage pass holders mingled and mixed. That would definitely be a fun group to spend an evening with - though I think I would like to be a fly on the wall of the Tyra/Carrie Underwood conversation most of all (or really anything with Ty-Ty's crazy). Gossip Girl, Chris Brown Lead Teen Choice Nominations

Gossip Girl may not have great ratings, but it certainly has the eye of the teen demographic. The show and its stars scored a total 14 nominations for the 2008 Teen Choice Awards today, easily the most of any nominee.

In the music categories, Chris Brown was the clear leader with nine nominations. Miley Cyrus, who will return as host of the surf-themed show on Aug. 4, picked up four nods of her own in both the music and TV categories. Among TV series, Grey's Anatomy and Heroes were big names, while the movie nominations ran the gamut from Rendition to Made of Honor. And hey, no matter what your feeling are on the Teen Choice Awards in general, I have to give props to any show that recognizes Friday Night Lights (ahem, Emmys).

Conde Nast Movie Night Rocks the House

Last night at the Kodak Theater Condé Nast hosted Movies Rock which lucky for us will air on CBS next week. The idea was to celebrate film through music with performances by Beyonce, Fergie, John Legend, Tony Bennett, Usher and more. The idea is similar to the Fashion Rocks concert which celebrated Fashion Week and music. This time around Jennifer Lopez proudly showed off her pregnant belly while Fergie continued to amaze the crowd with what looks like a flying performance.
