The news is filled with stories of parenting gone awry — this is just the most recent story that grabbed my attention. A school in Oregon has just had to send a letter home to parents asking them not to allow their children to drink energy drinks (Red Bull, Rock Star and the like) at school!
The teachers say they've seen kids drink as many as five cans of the potent elixer per day resulting in, as you can imagine, unruly behavior, caffeine crashes, and addled attention-spans.

Sometimes we just feel tired all the time or just a little low on fuel. There are so many reasons you could be feeling like this (hormonal change, lack in sleep, stress, etc.) and you're not alone.
So instead of turning to a Red Bull or agonizing over the fact that you have no energy, here are more tips from RealBuzz.com on giving your energy a boost:
- Join a gym or try to start some sort of structured physical activity that gets you training about three times a week.

Dear FitSugar,
Hi Fitsugar, I really love energy drinks especially Red Bull, but I have no clue what is really in it or how many calories it has. I was wondering if you could give me the calorie breakdown of Red Bull and Sugar Free Red Bull (yummm) so I will know if I need to kick my habit to the curb! Thanks.

I've admitted it before, and I'll admit it again, I'm not really a fancy-drink kind of girl. All I need is vodka and tonic and I'm set. However, with that said, I'm trying to expand my drink options and so I always love checking out different recipes online.

Douches and Red Bull often go together, but not like this. Mandy Moore totally nails the '70s lady-commercial voice and the fashions in this parody ad for Red Bull Douche, "the world's first feminine hygiene product with Red Bull." Admittedly, I've sometimes wished I could mainline energy drinks — just not down there.

While Posh and the kids shopped this weekend on the West Coast, David Beckham spoke at a press conference and played with the LA Galaxy vs. the NY Red Bulls, which resulted in a 2-2 draw. Becks brought his sexy self and big smile, and the game was the most well attended NYC audiences of this MLS season — coincidence?

I'm saddened to announce the passing of Cesar Millan's 16-year-old pittie named Daddy. Surrounded by family at his time of death, he lived with the Millans since four-months-old and acted as a four-legged ambassador for Pit Bulls worldwide in special appearances and red carpet events.
Daddy appeared over 50 times on The Dog Whisperer to bring his balanced energy to unmanageable dogs so, to celebrate the pup's life and continue to give back, the Millan Foundation has established an Emergency Animal Rescue Fund in Daddy's honor.

Bryan Greenberg has a lot on his plate right now. I recently spoke with the actor about his HBO project How to Make It in America, but I also had the opportunity to pick his brain about his latest big-screen role in this Friday's The Good Guy, along with his costar Scott Porter.
Greenberg stars as Daniel, a social wallflower stuck in the middle of the hustle and bustle of New York's Wall Street.
