As a mom, I take tucking my two safe and healthy kids into bed for granted. In the time it takes for us to go to work, to school, to the playground and run errands, laugh, eat, and make memories, 25,000 children around the world die of preventable causes. It's unfathomable — the pain their mothers endure and that this is happening in 2009.

The most central characters of FlashForward take a backseat this week, letting Bryce and Aaron take the spotlight. It's a nice relief from Mark and Demetri's constant agonizing over their own fates (though we still get a dose of that, too).
We learn that Bryce has been keeping a big secret, and Aaron's reunion with his daughter isn't all he had expected it to be.

When Kate Moss gave an interview to WWD about her new fragrance, I was pretty shocked to hear her reveal one of her mottoes – "nothing tastes as good as skinny feels". It seems to have been a bit of a slow burner in the news, but today it has landed the model in trouble as eating disorder charity Beat described the comments as "dangerous" and "very unhelpful".
Storm models released a statement saying that Kate's comments had "been taken out of context and completely misrepresented."

FlashForward's sophomore episode packs as much punch as its pilot: more action, questions raised, and lives on the line. As the FBI continues to investigate what caused the blackout, the world's residents find themselves united in their shared experience. They may never be able to look at life the same way again, but as Aaron says, "We're all prophets now."

I first said "yeah" to Yakult because I love saying the word "Yakult." I also love probiotics to promote healthy digestion. Plus, this probiotic drink comes in cute little bottles about the size of a shot glass, so it seemed like a fun way to drink healthy.

It's hard to believe I'm already in the throws of week three of the EA Sports Active challenge. I learned a lot after last week's trials and tribulations, so I decided to step it up a bit this week.
I took to Target and purchased a fancy resistance band that included handles and all, and as backup, I also got a box of three bands offering different resistances.

Prince Harry spent the weekend on official duties in New York City, paying his respects at Ground Zero, planting a tree at the British Garden at Hanover Square, playing with the kids at Harlem Children's Zone, and taking part in a charity polo match. A whole host of celebrities turned up for the Veuve Clicquot Manhattan Polo Classic on Governor's Island, including LL Cool J, Madonna, Marc Jacobs, Chole Sevigny and a newly brunette Kate Hudson. My girl Bella UK wants to know do you prefer Kate as a blonde or brunette?

It is rare for a child to die of tetanus in the United States, but around the world one child dies every three minutes from the completely preventable illness. The painful death can be prevented with a vaccine that costs between just five and seven cents. Caryl M.
