Tinseltown has a whole new batch of lil cuties after many famous families welcomed darling additions! While it's hard for many parents to play favorites even with other people's kids, there was a clear winner with those who voted in the lilsugar poll - Harlow Madden!

The sweet offspring of Nicole Richie and Joel Madden, has been credited with calming her mama down. After taking this title by a whopping 61 percent of votes, it's clear that dolled up or dressed down and out on the town, the ten-month-old makes most people melt.

Hollywood has a whole new class of mini cuties after many famous families welcomed new additions this year! While it's hard to play favorites even with other people's kids, there was a clear winner for everyone who voted for the favorite celebaby birth of 2009 - Seraphina Affleck!

Mama Jennifer Garner, papa Ben Affleck and big sister Violet welcomed Seraphina in early January of 2009. Since then we've watched the darling bundle out and about town with her family and helping her parents pick up her big sis from school. Here's to watching adorable Seraphina grow into her twos in 2010!

It looks like the Garner-Afflecks are running away with the LilSugar 2009 Sugar Awards thus far. It's not surprising that the baby who won best celebaby addition would also be awarded the best name. When asked which baby girls' name was the favorite among readers, Seraphina took first place with 35 percent of the vote. A Latin word, the pretty moniker originates from seraphim, which means fiery one. Coming in second was Ellen Pompeo's choice of Stella Luna. Next in line was Naleigh, which is a combination of Katherine Heigl's mom's and sister's names.

Harlow Madden showed why she was voted favorite celebaby addition of 2008, looking too adorable for words at the park with her parents before they headed off to a date last night. The almost one-year-old stayed snug in her bear hoodie as she practiced walking with Nicole, rode the pretend firetruck and hit the slide with Joel. Her proud parents were sure to snap plenty of photos for their collection as their growing girl explored the playground.
