I've liked her since she was tormented little Dawn on Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Michelle Trachtenberg has officially entered the celebrity designer game with a jewelry collection for Coach's Poppy line. We're always a little apprehensive about new celeb collabs, but the whimsical jewels speak for themselves. Her premiere collection is "refined-romantic with attitude." Fawn over Swarovski crystals in light amethyst, black diamond, and clear gemstones mixed with ivory pearls and mismatched hardware. Charms and flowers are undeniably sweet. What's the difference between ice florals and moody florals you ask? They're cooler. While I also like a burst of turquoise or coral during Winter months, sometimes black, white, and gray feel more serious. Emma Roberts' cute Miu Miu dress exhibits ice florals perfectly - with a happy note of yellow. Black tights and patent pumps further cool the complementary ensemb.

What's black and white and op art all over? Why, this pet collection from Coach. Although it's making me a bit dizzy as I stare, I love the optical illusion-esque effect of the white Cs on the dark background.

While the tote's on the pricier side, $68 each for collar and leash isn't totally unreasonable. The collar comes in four sizes, but the carrier, leash, and coat are one size fits all (tiny) pets. I can see this pattern in particular popping on a pearly Maltese or a leggy Italian Greyhound - the raincoat is fabric lined with a soft leather trim for lil pups staying dry . . . and fabulous.
