The music mogul's Pre-Grammy Gala & Salute to Industry Icons (this year honoring Universal Music Group Chairman and CEO Doug Morris) is an annual tradition and one of the biggest parties of the year. And with a bevy of stars – including Jay-Z, Rihanna, Katy Perry, Russell Brand, Taylor Swift, Ne-Yo, Sheryl Crow, Adam Lambert and Barbra Streisand – in attendance, Saturday night's bash at the Beverly Hilton Hotel was no exception.

Nothing says Grammys like a good party – unless it's a week full of them. The biggest names in music and Hollywood are expected to turn out at a string of galas starting Wednesday and going until the wee hours after the awards show Sunday, and PEOPLE has all the details:
Grammy Night
Following the awards telecast from L.A.'s Staples Center on CBS, winners, losers and thousands of others head to the official Grammy Celebration next door, where Wolfgang Puck serves up the food. Across the street, Jamie Foxx will welcome more than 500 guests to his private party at the Conga Room at L.A.
Caught in the Act!
Beyoncé danced the night away and caught up with former Destiny's Child member Michelle Williams at a Haiti relief benefit at The Eldridge in downtown New York. Not far away, her hubby Jay-Z made the rounds, chatting up the club owners. The couple also sipped Belvedere cocktails and enjoyed tunes spun by Knowles's sister Solange, who played a soundtrack of Prince and Michael Jackson hits.
