Ratatouille is the story of Remy (Oswalt), a rat who lives in France. While the rest of his fellow rats are happy scrounging for garbage and scraps to eat, Remy enjoys fine foods and has a gift for combining flavors to make things delicious. One day, Remy is separated from his family and ends up in Paris, at the restaurant of his deceased idol, Chef Gusteau (Garrett), whose motto was "Anyone can cook."
