50 Emergency Uses for Your Camera Phone by Paul Purcell In an emergency you'll not only need to provide and receive help, but after the event is over, you'll face the prospect of return, repair, and rebuilding. Central to all these activities is communication and documentation. Everything in our society carries a heaping helping of red tape, and disasters are no different.

The conventional view of human evolution and how early man colonised the world has been thrown into doubt by a series of stunning palaeontological discoveries suggesting that Africa was not the sole cradle of humankind.

The following letter came from Atlas Shrugs, Pam Geller's web site, so it is not verified beyond what one can expect from Geller. However, should any of this be even remotely true, and I think it is probably almost completely correct, we are facing a president who makes deception into an art form.

I have always been sort of a rebel. When I was little my grandma used to pull me aside to remind me that I am “fabulous” and I would look at her like she was a crazy woman. I was a little bit of homely smacked with freckles and a toothy smile.

I can't read the teenie, teenie weenie font that is coming up in my inbox, messages, gifts etc. I noticed that the type in the bar at the top goes from normal to small too. Have been thinking you're doing some changes but hope you'll change it back ;)
Thanks Team

Okay, so, I've never actually had my own tv. We weren't allowed to have them in my housing in college (we had a big tv room downstairs) and when I graduated someone gave me their old one but I used it to watch DVDs for a month and then it ended up in the trash because my apartment was tiny and I could watch DVDs on my laptop. (I still feel bad for putting it in the dumpster instead of recycling it.)
But now I live in a bigger place, and we're thinking about getting one to put in the finished basement.

CAIRNS, Australia — A group of tiny Pacific Island countries appealed to the world Wednesday to slash greenhouse gas emissions by 45 percent to help save them from rising seas.
The seven nations, whose coral atolls rise just a few yards (meters) above sea level, urged rich nations to make the cut in their polluting emissions by 2020.
"As you drive along the roads along the coast, you will see coconut trees in the water – that's an indication of the sea level rise" in Tuvalu, Prime Minister Edward Natapei told reporters Wednesday at the annual summit of South Pacific leaders.
