Media Bubble, Oct. 23 -- Republican Vice Presidential candidate Sarah Palin has come under fire in recent days after it was revealed that earlier this year, a drive-through meal purchased by the Alaskan Governor contained more than the usual number of french fries.
The discovery was made during a routine Associated Press search of drive-through security camera footage obtained from the McDonald's restaurant at 130 Front St.

Sooo, on FashioNoa I've been raving about the little black structured dresses. On ShoeNoa I've been telling you how perfectly comfortable and wonderful black biker boots are. All great stuff.

I saw this article in the Press of Atlantic City, and it provoked strong feelings with me. As a woman who works in a stereotypical "male industry", I believe people should be hired and promoted based on their performance, not looks. I also think being healthy is important (not too thin, and not too heavy).

While the immense capability of Chanel has been so effortlessly demonstrated in the last six months (first the all-white couture presentation, then the jade-infused fall collection, followed by the romantically glamourous Venice runway show extravaganza on the beach). Chanel shuts out all other economically challenged fashion houses, playing completely in a league of its own, ironically just as it was when Coco Chanel was at the height of her career. The show, which was presented on a set made of four super-sized perfume bottles, was, for the most part, as flat as the panels on the back of the skirts.

Walloping Walpin
By The Prowler on 6.18.09 @ 6:09AM
House Republican staffers on the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform are mulling their next steps in investigating last week's firing of Gerald Walpin as Inspector General for the Corporation for National and Community Service and its AmeriCorps program.
On Tuesday, ranking member Darrell Issa sent a letter to White House Counsel Gregory Craig, demanding the release of all e-mail and other communications between the Department of Justice's Criminal Division and the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of California regarding the dismissal of IG Walpin.

YSL was one of the first of many to announce that they were using supermodels. Claudia had Chanel last season, but this can rival it. This is so YSL: the clothes are tailored and clean, but bold, and it's completely super-sized and dramatic.

Dsquared has supersized it's already, well, super theme. Their latest ad campaign shows Linda Evangelista and Naomi Campbell duking it out in some serious gowns, proving you can do anything with style. There really is nothing quite like a great fashion cat fight, is there?
