Fashion? Yes. Beauty? Yes. Hairstyling? Eh....I'll freely admit I could use more than a little help in that department. No matter how many a magazine article I have read, (or how many times I've practiced, for that matter) there's still nothing like a salon blowout.
Unfortunately, I don't always have the time (or the funds) for an every-other-day blowout. So I'm totally intriguied by this new hair care line, HerCut which instead of being tailored toward your hair type, is made especially for your hair cut.

Beyonce’s mom and her husband Jay-Z are pressuring her to have a baby

Beyonce, supposedly 26, and Jay-Z, 38, have been married since 4/4/08, a date that has special significance to them. Although the couple has not yet publicly admitted to their union, they’ve both been seen wearing wedding rings and some details were leaked from their exclusive party at Jay-Z’s Tribeca loft celebrating their nuptials. Now that the two superstars have been married for a few months, Beyonce’s husband and mother are said to be bugging her to get pregnant and have a child as soon as possible. Jay-Z wants to be a dad and his mother in law, Tina, was to have another grandchild. Beyonce has a pretty enviable career however, and wants to focus on that for a while before she commits to motherhood:

It’s boom time for babies in Hollywood - but newlywed Beyonce’s not about to join the club anytime soon! And that’s a problem for both her husband Jay-Z AND her mom, say sources. They’ve joined forces to persuade the sexy singer to slow down and have a baby.

“Beyonce’s getting double-teamed to give in and get pregnant,” a longtime family family friend told The Enquirer.

“Both her husband and her mother want to see her have a child.”

But super-busy Beyonce has her career calendar blocked out solid for the next two years, and says there’s just no time for kids yet.

“Jay-Z is ready to have children,” said another source. “He and Beyonce dated for years, now they’re married, and for him it’s time for children.”

Beyonce’s little sister Solange has a nearly four-year-old son, so it’s not like their mother doesn’t already have a grandchild. Another one would be a blessing, and you can see Jay-Z wanting to be a dad. These two are incredibly private, though, and if Beyonce ever does get pregnant it might be up to the tabloids to guess because she probably wouldn’t confirm the news until the baby arrived. She was rumored to be pregnant around the time of her April wedding, but that didn’t turn out to be true at all and she and Jay-Z didn’t bother to have their reps deny it.

Beyonce is young and she has plenty of years left to have children if she wants. This strikes me as a smart decision to wait, and her husband and mother are just going to have to hold their horses. They’re not the ones who are going to have to care for the baby most of the time and it’s ultimately her decision

Jessica Simpson denies her dad fit her for a training bra

Simpson has finally chosen to address a few of the rumors about her uber-controlling father Joe, who has long been blamed for the wrecking of Jessica’s marriage… and all of her subsequent relationships. Joe’s made a lot of creepy comments about Jessica’s breasts in the past, and is altogether way too involved in his daughters’ lives, especially considering their ages. But some of the rumors are pretty crazy, and Jess finally put one to rest.

Jessica Simpson opened up about her dad during a radio interview in Colton, CA at K-Frog 95.1 on Tuesday.

“There have been stories that are ridiculous,” Simpson who is promoting her new country album said. “Like my father really fit me for a training bra. Like, who believes that kind of thing!?”

The singer was on the show to promote her new country album.

“I really just wanted to showcase the talent that God has given me and I don’t believe that in pop music I ever had the chance to stand on two feet and stand firm,” Simpson said.

I had never actually heard that rumor before – or I’ve subconsciously blocked it out – but it’s funny as all hell. As long as you assume it was made up by overzealous teenagers and bares no possibility of truth. Which is what I’m going with, because I cannot even begin to consider the other possibility.

Jessica’s country album is actually getting pretty good reviews so far. Clearly she has employed someone slightly sensible in terms of the music business. Because she’s right, there was just no way she was completive in the pop music market anymore. Even in her heyday Jessica was always a distant third to Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera.

In a weird way I think Papa Joe has helped her career. She’s gotten a ton of press in the last few years, at a time when no one was writing about her career. Thank goodness for creepy underwear rumors.

It's 2008 people! Don't judge a girl by her skin art! At least that's what Megan Fox is asking of people. The actress claims that every time someone calls her trashy, they bring up her tattoos. And she is sick of the association.

Christina Aguilera plans for her second baby after her next tour

Christina Aguilera is desperate for a second child - but is waiting for her career to slow down first.

The Dirrty star gave birth to son Max with her husband, music executive Jordan Bratman, earlier this year.

And though she admits she is already eager to expand her brood, Aguilera is putting plans for another baby on hold, so she can focus on her career.

She says, “Absolutely (I want another baby). I can’t tell you when, as I’m not planning things like that. Maybe around the next tour.”

Aguilera’s 2007 Back to Basics tour was cut short last August due to an unspecified illness. Her pregnancy was later announced by socialite Paris Hilton before Aguilera herself confirmed the story in an interview before the year’s end.

Miley Cyrus denies her father influenced her career

Singer/actress Miley Cyrus has denied her famous father Billy Ray Cyrus helped her to land a role in her hit Disney TV show Hannah Montana - insisting she was the one to win the country star a part in the program. The 15-year-old shot to global fame when she was hired to play the closet pop star in the show - and she has gone on to sell out stadiums across the U.S. as part of her Best of Both Worlds tour.

But the teenager is sure her dad, who also plays her parent on-screen, did not influence the program-makers’ decision to hire her. She says, “I auditioned forever. At first Disney said I was too small and too young. I was 11. Anyway, I went back a year later and when they still hadn’t found anybody and I got the part. After that my dad went for the role of my on-screen dad. I had to audition him which was really weird.”

Rihanna says her butt is her best asset.

The sexy singer admits she loves to show off her curvy derriere in tight-fitting clothes because it drives men wild.

She said: "I absolutely love my bum, and I keep working at it because I want it to be perfect. It makes my clothes look good, and guys like it!"

Although she is proud of her rear, Rihanna hates her legs because she thinks they are too bulky.

She added: "I really don't like my legs, I'm very insecure about them. Everyone wants to have slim, perfectly-toned legs and I'm no different. I do weights as part of my fitness regime but I don't want my legs to bulk up so I do a lot of cardio to balance everything out."

Rihanna, 20, has also confessed she hasn't ruled out having cosmetic surgery in the future if certain parts of her body start to "drop".

She said: "If my breasts started to drop, I might not like that. So I would consider every option. But for the next 20 to 25 years, I'm going to stay as natural as possible."
