It's important to keep lil limbs warm even when the sun is shining, but that doesn't mean layers have to be boring. Mommy Jessica Alba accessorized her daughter, Honor, in bright pink from head to toe while Isla Fisher took her darling, Olive, out for a stroll in pink-and-white polka-dot tights that proved color isn't just for ballerinas. If you want to mimic the look and get your wee one ready for Valentine's Day early, check out the inexpensive selection of pink leggings at Gap right now.

Tights can be downright uncomfortable even when you aren't pregnant, but a growing belly only exacerbates the slip and slide tight action around your middle. I've found Italian low rise tights are more comfy than regular hosiery, but plenty of designers make maternity tights.
I like these full length Mama Spanx ($28) because they have a pregnancy panel with underbelly support and can be pulled up above your belly instead of sitting under it like most maternity pants.

Autumn fashion is in full bloom. Finding dresses to be the most comfortable apparel outside of sweats, I frequently wear bright tights to add spunk to my ensemble.
Unfortunately for pregnant ladies, most maternity tights come in the basic and boring colors and patterns.

Halloween brings an extra helping of cuteness when it comes to lil Sugarbabies. We went bananas for a cute lil monkey, peanuts for an elephant and now it's time to go pretty-in-pink with a sugar-filled cupcake. Mama DStirk shares:
While my daughter's costume is a little lost in translation due to it being too hot for her to wear the hat and tights (which really made her costume), she's still the sweetest cupcake I've ever seen.

According to the Centers for Disease Control, more than 200,000 children visit the emergency room each year for playground injuries.

Look ma, no kids! Last weekend, mama got a break from pureed baby food, stinky diapers and bath time duty. The grandparents came to the rescue and watched my wee ones as I took off on a beach adventure with my hubby.

Good night, sleep tight and don't let the bedbugs bite! If only getting lil ones down to dreamland was that easy! Children have a way of pushing their bedtime to the limits by thirsting for another drink, saying they need the bathroom and sweetly asking us to read "just one more book."
