I bought that nasal aspirator for my son when he was a baby and loved it...until the cheap plastic part holding the cup to the body (without which there is no suction) broke. Drag.

1I don't get the need for high tech stuff like the aspirator. Just get the $2 bulb syringe at Walmart and squeeze it yourself.
