Nine months ago, the whole world would have eagerly listened to the utterances of Levi Johnston, the then fiancé of the daughter of vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin. But like a good boy, he kept his mouth shut. Now almost a year later, the new father has changed his ways.

Late Show host David Letterman took a stab at Sarah Palin earlier this week, but the joke included a sexual reference about her daughter getting "knocked up" by Alex Rodriquez. Palin responded with a statement about the comedian's jabs. It said: Acceptance of inappropriate sexual comments about an underage girl, who could be anyone's daughter, contributes to the atrociously high rate of sexual exploitation of minors by older men who use and abuse others.

At 44, Sarah Palin just became a very young grandma with the birth of her daughter, Bristol's son, Tripp on Sunday. Some women can't wait for grandbabies while others prefer to hold off on getting the title. Do you believe age is just a number?

As women are making headway in the political arena, some have their doubts about Palin being able to govern with a full plate at home.

Perhaps because he's a father and husband or just a moral man, Democratic candidate Barak Obama said that families are off-limits in this presidential race. CNN reported: "Let me be as clear as possible," Obama said. "I think people's families are off-limits, and people's children are especially off-limits.

As moms, when we cast our votes we cast them not only for ourselves, but for our under-aged children. John McCain made an interesting and likely calculated decision when he tapped Sarah Palin to be his running mate. The Governor of Alaska is a parent to five children aged 4 months to 19 years old — Track, Bristol, Willow, Piper, and Trig.
