Before your water breaks, you may want to hit the pool for a little exercise — especially if you've got your sights set on having your baby au naturel.
A recent
study published in the journal Reproductive Health has found that expecting women who did 50 minutes of water aerobics three days a week while pregnant had fewer requests for pain medication in labor. Researchers believe that the classes may have actually helped to prepare women for the child birthing process.

Babies come into this world in all different ways. Some mamas-to-be decide on deliveries attended by doctors while others choose for their children to debut with the assistance of midwives. Then there are women who
opt for freebirth — they have their babies at home without any help (from doctors or doulas).

The holiday season is approaching and that means spending time with your family, sharing traditions, and remembering the important things in life. It may also mean you're getting asked some
tough questions from bold relatives like,
"So, when are you going to start a family?" Even if you haven't been overtly asked, I'm curious to know if simply being around the little ones inspires you to start a family of your own. So tell us ladies, does this time of year make you want to have a baby?

This fear is quite literally taking over my life, not to mention ruining my otherwise wonderful sex life with my fiancé.

I recently went off the pill because my husband and I want to start trying to get pregnant this Spring. I thought it would be a good idea to let my body adjust, so we've been using condoms ever since. Though I've been ready for a while now, my husband wants to wait until we're more financially stable, which I completely understand.

Dear Sugar and Worried Wendy need your help. Her best friend has spiraled out of control and Wendy's concerned for her future. She wants her to be happy and healthy, but doesn't know what to do in order to help her get there.

I'm sure you've all heard about
Thomas Beatie, the man to first become pregnant and have a baby. He was originally born a female, but underwent six sex-change operations and took male hormones to become a man, and then legally married his partner Nancy. Since she's infertile, he kept his womb and ovaries intact in the hopes of having a family someday — they feel that having a baby is neither a male or female desire, but a human one.
