Mini Me: Isla Fisher and Olive

When the urge to wear jean shorts hits a girl, she's just got to go with it. Apparently, Isla was feeling the denim daisy dukes for herself and her mini me, Olive. The two petite red–headed ladies looked quite patriotic all dressed in red, white and blue for a day of shopping in the City of Angels.

The baby's chubbilicious legs were kept under wraps in her floral embroidered denim knickers and paired with a cool red printed shirt. Her auburn locks were tucked under a Baby Gap reversible white floppy hat lined with pink polka dots.

Stunner Salma Hayek strolled around Beverly Hills with her daughter, Valentina Pinault. Stylishly outfitted in sundresses and sandals, the 10-month-old babe and her mommy were a sight to see. The lil lady is becoming a mirror of her mother sharing the actress's gorgeous features and fierce independence. The tot firmly planted her own feet on the ground while the two enjoyed some retail therapy. Though the babe's father, and Salma's former fiancé, Francois-Henri Pinault lives overseas, it seems that the bond between this single mama and her daughter is as good as it gets. Mini Me: Carlos and Lourdes Leon

Eleven-year-old Lourdes Leon seems pretty down-to-earth, and that might be partially thanks to her proud papa, Carlos. The personal trainer and actor may have a relationship with his daughter's mama, Madonna, but the two parents lead very different lives. People recently reported that the tween and her dad have a strong bond - talking daily and sharing similar tastes in music. The article said:

"Look at me and the way I live: I ride my bicycle, I walk, I don't have a driver," says Leon. "That's how I keep her grounded. Her mom does a good job too - she's not that person that everyone thinks. She's very laidback and cool."

Lourdes also seems to have taken note of her father's urban fashion sense and cool demeanor. Hand-in-hand, the two share the same striking features, warm complexion, and dark hair.

I've had a mom crush on Thandie Newton for some time but it has since evolved into a family crush. The British beauty's petite features were passed down to her two darling daughters who also have a spunky sense of style and sass. The adorable girls, Ripley, 9, and Nico, 5, have their mother's delicious complexion and her sculpted cheeks. On top of those lovely characteristics, they also have fab hair that distinguishes the pair and gives them each something to strut about.

Aside from their inherent good looks, the young ladies appear to have quite a fabulous wardrobe. Lil Nico worked the red carpet of the Fantastic Mr. Fox London premiere in her sparkly leggings, velvet blazer and old school kicks. Big sister Ripley rocked her Juicy leopard hooded jacket, fruity Nikes and equine necklace. There's no doubt that the mini mes know how to dress themselves up for a flashy affair.

To say that Shiloh Jolie-Pitt and her siblings, twins Vivienne and Knox, have a strong family resemblance would be an understatement. Tinseltown's favorite tots - Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, Vivienne, and Knox- jetted to Japan with their parents looking ridiculously adorable and fashionably outfitted. While Angelina and Brad have commented that Vivienne looks more like mama and Knox is an image of pops, they forgot to mention that the babies' chubby cheeks, striking blue eyes, creamy complexions, and fair hair mirror that of their big sis. Keg stands or beer funnels may have been crowd pleasing party tricks back in mommy and daddy's heyday, but as hangovers worsen and children enter the picture, a parent's idea of a good time changes dramatically. Instead of dancing to deafening music and staying up to watch the sunrise in a state of inebriation, older versions of their former selves enjoy livin' it up with their innocent wee ones. Taking the place of a foolish friend doing the worm are a pair of two-year-olds holding hands and boogieing down while laughing uncontrollably and singing, "Shake, shake, shake... Shake, shake, shake. Shake yo butty!" Rather than relishing their wild years, most parents live for the moment and count their blessings with the newest dance moves invented by their mini mes. And when the kids go to bed, who says mom and pop can't fire up their old moves?

Seventy-five percent of lilsugar readers use Facebook, Twitter and the like to check in on friends and family, but we're curious what type of picture is on your profile page. Is it your mug or your mini mes?

Feminist author Katie Roiphe recently noticed that many of her acquaintance’s Facebook pages only featured photos of their offspring or showcased the moms holding their children rather than solo shots. She argued that the photos are representative of a shift in how highly-educated, well-rounded women view themselves – not as independent adults, but as "over-devoted … to our children’s education, entertainment and general formation."
