Kids say and do the darndest things, and mothers love to share their darlings' antics with family, friends and sometimes, even strangers. But if no one's around, she can take to her keyboard and Twitter. While social networking sites like Facebook and MySpace have long been popular with tweens, teens and adults, Twitter isn't as time consuming.

It allows a proud parent to type up to 140 characters per tweet - just enough to share what their kids are doing with their followers. Whether baby takes his first step, your son scores the winning goal at his soccer game or your daughter takes second place at the school spelling bee, the news can go live from a smart phone! Baby Will Make Three For lilsugar!

Our family will be a party of five! I am three months pregnant with our third child who is due to debut at the end of September. My five-year-old daughter and two-year-old son are excited to welcome a little sibling. And, my husband and I are preparing to be outnumbered!

Life Just Got Easier - Mobile Blog Your Pics on LilSugar!

When the kids are running circles around her ankles and the phone is ringing off the hook, mommy hardly has time to sit down at the computer to dish about her favorite television shows or tell us about her frustrations but she might have the time to click and shoot with her smartphone and upload her wee one's smiling mug and share it with us on our renewed Sugarbabies community. Mischievous, messy, giggling, sleeping babies are all welcome! Send away and maybe your baby will be the Sugarbaby in the LilSugar spotlight!

To get started on your mobile blogging adventure, follow these quick and easy steps.

If you're not already a community member, create an account.
Next, click Join Group on the top right-hand side of the Sugarbabies group.
After you register, go to Edit Profile under your member name drop-down, click on the Post by Email tab, and follow the simple instructions on that page.
Now you're free to post photos straight from your cell phone! Simply send a message with the photo attached, a title in the subject line, and any text in the body of the email to sugarbabies@onsugar.com - you'll get an email back asking you to confirm so just reply and it should show up in just a few minutes! (Get a detailed explanation of how to do this here.)

It sounds a lot harder than it is and once you've done it once, you'll be movin' and groovin'. Besides, it will be well worth the effort when we spotlight your wee one as our Sugarbaby!

First of all, join the Sugarbabies group.
Click the New Post button on the top right.
Enter a Title - like your child's name - and click Insert Image to upload a picture of your wee one.
If you'd like, you can add more details about your babe in the body section.
When you're all done click Create Post to submit content.

Mamas - come one, come all and check out our new lilsugar Community! This virtual playground has everything a mother needs. Pull out your brag book and showcase your Sugarbabies or seek advice from Mommy Dearest. Tell us the tricks your mama taught you and divulge the things you wished you had known!

Our new community also allows you to start your own groups, participate in other member's groups, meet new friends that share your interests, and maybe even be featured on any of the PopSugar Network sites. We have made it easier than ever before to create and share content with your LilSugar friends, so check it out and start having fun.

A Sugar Shower to Send LilSugar Off in Style!

Before LilSugar welcomes her third bebe, we decided to throw a fete in her honor. Not wanting to mess with pale pinks and blues, we went for brighter hues to celebrate the sweet mommy. Orange and green were the colors of choice, which proved to be a fan favorite amongst the baby shower revelers. Also a big hit? Rice Krispie Treats on a stick and Arnold Palmers for everyone!

Like previously assembled diaper cakes, I started out with a large base of folded disposable nappies and held it together with a large navy grosgrain ribbon. I did the same for the second layer and tied a green ribbon. For the top layer, I used a vase for the centerpiece instead of the more common candy-filled bottle. I encircled it with the remaining diapers and tied the orange bow around it. Not wanting to get water all over the diapers, I filled the container by ladling cups of water until it was three-quarters full. Then I cut a bunch of peachy roses short and popped them in the vase. With the layers and flowers complete, I placed faux orange and yellow flowers sporadically around the cake anchoring them under the ribbons. A fan of the bubbly, I placed a toy popping champagne bottle front and center. Surely the docs will allow her to open this champers in the maternity ward.

One of our ah-mazing teammates took the time to whip up 80 Rice Krispie Treats and wrapped them with coordinating streamers. We draped the room with crepe paper and handed out "Wishes For Baby" that every guest filled out and stuffed into the diaper cake for safe keeping. (You can download a similar version we created for free here!) Though it was a fabulous affair, it has us missing our LilSugar already!
