There's nothing better than a concert in the car and having kiddos doesn't change that, but many mamas switch the tunes they blast as tots grow old enough to understand the lyrics. Gwyneth Paltrow recently told Conan O'Brien that her lil sensitive thug Moses, 3, chills out to Jay-Z's "99 Problems," quickly adding that the song may not be all that appropriate. Do you turn the dial or let your youngsters rock and roll regardless of lyrics?

Among the famous mommies involved in the collection are Gwyneth Paltrow (whose bathing suits are featured here), Brooke Shields, Angie Harmon, Bridget Moynahan, Garcelle Beauvais-Nilon, Marcia Cross and Debra Messing. A portion of the Mommy and Me collection sales will benefit EBMRF, a non-profit organization devoted to finding the cure for Epidermolysis Bullosa, a rare skin condition.

Moses Martin Is Gwyneth Paltrow's Lil Critic

If your tot has ever thrown a fit as you've headed out the door, Gwyneth Paltrow can relate. The Oscar winning mama to two, Apple, 4, and Moses, 2, had a harried experience with her lil man prior to the premiere of Valentino: The Last Emperor. The glamorous actress chatted about the incident. A People report said:

“It was hectic getting ready. We just flew in yesterday for this. And my kids are really jetlagged. And my son had a meltdown. But we got out the door,” although not without a struggle. “He was very upset by these hair clips they put in to keep your hair back when you’re getting your makeup done,” she explained. “He hated them. He was livid. But I’m here. I made it.” So did Moses have an opinion about the dress? “He did not like it,” said Paltrow. “He’s very specific. My daughter really liked it. She also chose my nail polish color.”

It seems like Moses, who will be three in a couple of weeks, already has definite opinions on things.

Oscar winner, fashion icon, women's health advocate and rock star wife, Gwyneth Paltrow juggles her many roles on a daily basis. Famously known for avoiding the red carpet with her husband, Coldplay front man Chris Martin, this wonder woman lives the jetset lifestyle - splitting her time between homes in London and New York. Among her charitable causes are the Robin Hood Foundation that fights poverty in NYC and breast cancer research, to which she donates an annual minimum of $500,000 from the sales of her Estee Lauder fragrance.

Mama to Apple, 4, and Moses, 2, Paltrow recently espoused on the age old dilemma of how working moms can be their best at home, at the office and for themselves in the latest edition of her e-newsletter, Goop.

She said:

...it has been my personal experience (both as a child and a mother) that children are like little radios picking up our frequency. They know the real truth about what we are feeling versus what we are presenting and it is incredibly isolating to find a major discrepancy between the two. When in my grown-up sphere I am confronted with disappointment or my own intolerance and a bad mood to boot, I often name what is going on (in other words, I say, "Mommy is having a hard day, and I am feeling upset") so that the very mundane human “bad” feelings do not turn into some grim phantom in the room with me. Sometimes I don’t have the maturity in the moment, and when it fails me, I apologize at bedtime when my children and I are having a talk. I have felt my daughter’s whole body sigh in relief when I have simply and very specifically voiced regretting my own behavior.

In case you missed it, Halle Berry was named the Sexiest Woman Alive by Esquire magazine. She was always foxy in my girl crush world, but she's definitely made her way into hot mama territory as she has entered the world of motherhood this past year giving birth to her gorgeous baby Nahla. Did You Suffer Postpartum Depression?

Amanda Peet, the outspoken advocate for getting children vaccinated, has gone public on another motherhood issue - postpartum depression. The actress told Gotham magazine that she suffered a bout after giving birth to 18-month-old daughter Frankie. She said:

And [after I gave birth] I had a fairly serious postpartum depression. I think it was because I had a really euphoric pregnancy.

The 36-year-old actress is the latest in a growing group of celebmamas, which includes Brooke Shields and Gwyneth Paltrow, who have been vocal with their struggle. She believes that mothers feel shame when they don't experience bliss after giving birth.
