Throughout the festival, tikes will learn about the alternative music scene at tents that teach them “how to play, look and pose like a rocker,” the fundamentals of breakdancing and how to create the perfect mo (or faux) hawk, using environmentally friendly products.

It's no secret that kids like to dress up whenever possible. Just look at the Klum-Samuel kids — it seems nearly everyday is Halloween. If my daughter had her druthers, she'd be in a tutu with her feathery slippers all day long.
