Jun 20 2008 - 2:00pm America's favorite girl, Abigail Breslin, showcased her sassy sense of 12-year-old style at the New York premiere of
Kit Kittredge: American Girl. Looking every bit her age and like quite the lil lady in a gorgeous, sparkly
Yana Brink couture dress, which was accented at the waist and had a decadently ruffed skirt that any woman would envy.
The actress, who stars as Kit, paired it with complementary peep toed shoes by
BCBG Girls.

She looks adorable! I do disagree on one point though- I think she's wearing a little too much makeup, simply because you can tell she's wearing any. I would have gone with a clear or near clear gloss and less blush for such a lil lady...
1i agree mini_pixie, a little too much makeup since you can tell she has makeup on. I didn't let my daughter start wearing any until she was 13 and then...only light blush, clear lip gloss and a little powder. nothing else til around 15. other than that...abigail looks really cute and age appropriate.
2So adorable, and she'll be very beautiful when she's grown up.
3she's so pretty and a great actress. I loved her on Nim's Island and other movie with Catherine Zeta Jones.
4She looks good but I agree on the makeup thing...maybe just a clear gloss would stop her from looking like she's trying to look grown up ....
5Really? She looks her age? Don't get me wrong...I think she is adorable and has a great future but in this get up she looks like she is in her forties!!! I think it might be the Meryl Streep hair? Compare this picture to when Dakota Fanning was 12 at Showest award...It makes me scared for little Abigail....I can't stand it when parents dress their kids up in mini-adult clothes
6she's so cute & that dress is fab...
