David and Victoria Beckham treated their baby girl Harper to a chic lunch at Balthazar in NYC yesterday. It was a celebratory meal following Victoria's latest Fashion Week show. The Fall 2012 Victoria Beckham collection has so far been a hit with critics, and David, who was in the front row, also seemed to be a fan. He snapped pictures throughout the presentation, and later brought Harper to visit with her designing mom backstage. Victoria has just a few days to relax, though, since she has another event to organize for Wednesday. Her lower-priced line, Victoria by Victoria Beckham, will be sent down the runway in two days.

Today is a big day for the Beckham family since Victoria showed her latest collection at NY Fashion Week. The presentation, which took place at the NY Public Library, was packed with famous faces including Vogue editor Anna Wintour and Victoria's husband, David. He was spotted carrying Harper into the show, though he had his hands free to take pictures while sitting in the front row. The Victoria Beckham collection featured plenty of sexy dresses, but there was one super-sweet addition since Victoria named a handbag after her 7-month-old daughter, Harper.

Victoria Beckham's Fall collection can easily be described in one word: strong. The designer offered up her usual sleek, body-conscious dresses, but this time with a decidedly utilitarian touch. The military-chic collection was sexy, without being aggressively so, and was punctuated by belted waists, elbow-length sleeves, and high, collared necklines. Her signature slim-fitting vibe was still there, as were subtle nods to her family - Victoria mused that she "was in the kitchen one day" when son Romeo ran in with his baseball uniform on. "That's what inspired those bright sporty collars on the dresses," she told the Telegraph. Also, the loose beanies "were inspired by the ones David is always wearing," and there was even a handbag named after young daughter Harper. Known for her body-conscious silhouettes and athletic aesthetic, the designer offered up avant-garde, futuristic chic with ornate spiderweb-inspired cable-knit pieces, drapey cowl-neck tops and dresses, and bright pops of color and metallic sheen. Models also wore tight, solid leggings layered with strong-shoulder sweaters, shin guards, and of course VPL's signature colorblock underpinnings - looking almost ready for a battle. A huge billboard of the cover on display in Times Square features Kate in a skimpy bikini with a sexy smile on her face. She later headed to The Late Show for her first official appearance as an SI star. Nineteen-year-old Kate follows in a long line of ladies to be honored with the coveted spot, including Brooklyn Decker, Bar Refaeli, and Irina Shayk.
