Valentine's Day is Sunday, so you probably have yourself a hot date this weekend. If you've made the dinner or theatre reservations and picked out the perfect outfit, but you're wondering how to make your makeup special for this "love"ly holiday, here are some tips from makeup artist, Christopher Drummond.

To feel more romantic, use naturally scented lip products.
If you are hesitant to wear bright red lipstick, wear a soft red gloss instead.
Valentine's Day is all about kissing the one you love. Be sure to keep your lips hydrated with shea butter. This natural ingredient keeps your lips smoother longer than petroleum.
Use your lip liner on topof lipstick. This helps to avoid the oblivious line around the lips when your gloss comes off. Lining after your lip color also allows for easier application and blendability.
For fuller lips, add shimmer (try: apply Christopher Drummond Beauty Relache Ice Eye Shadow to the inner lips to create the illusion of fullness).

Once mom and dad are back in the sack and getting physical regularly, they need to find ways to connect on a daily basis. In the rush to get the kids off to school, work done, everyone fed, bathed and into bed at a decent hour, few parents have the energy to do much more. Small actions and gestures here and there can help spark excitement and ignite anticipation for your next romantic rendezvous.

A light touch, in a conspicuous spot, can tell your partner you are thinking about them without ever saying a word.
Leave a voicemail at the beginning of the week telling your partner how excited you are for weekend plans.
Go about your daily errands, but keep your next horizontal tango in mind. Going to the pharmacy? Pick up a new lubricant. Going to the mall for a new pack of onesies? Stop by the lingerie store and get a little outfit. Grab groceries at the store and add some pourable chocolate to the list.

Go to the videotape. Consider watching some porn together, either online or on video to get you in the mood (or at least loosen you up a bit). Or, if you are concerned about having the DVDs laying about, check out your cable subscriptions – HBO and Showtime offer plenty of shows that can get the job done.
Sexting – It's not just for teens. There has been a lot of news recently about teens' use of sexting and how dangerous it can be for them. But you are an adult, so some risque texts and a few strategic photos sent to your partner could get things going when you both get home.

Worried about the baby fat? Invest in some pieces of lingerie that will hide the offending baby pounds, and "when all else fails, pure darkness and a few drinks can remedy almost any pregnancy-induced bodily imperfection."
Nervous about getting things going after several weeks (or months) of keeping to yourself? Bring some sex games into the bedroom, "they're popular because you can add a little humor into your sex life, which is something most postpartum moms could definitely use more of."
Choose positions that give you control of the speed and level of penetration. "This way you can ease yourself back into it at your own pace."
Lube-up! Nursing can drain the body of any excess moisture, and that includes moisture down below. "Just save yourselves some trouble, invest in some lube, and be free with it . . . [just] make sure sure you put down some towels before you get hot and heavy."
