Sit down and behave yourself will take on a new meaning in British schools this year. Under a government plan, parents of children enrolled in state schools will be required to sign a Home School Agreement regarding rules on attendance, behavior, school uniforms and homework. Should kids break the rules, their parents could face court proceedings and a fine up to $1,600.

Fake pregnancies are quite the phenomenon. Beccah Beushausen, a social worker from Mokena, Ill, recently fooled more than a million readers with her blog of lies about her pregnancy with a terminally ill child. Now, ABC Family is preparing to air Lindsay Lohan's straight to cable flick, Labor Pains, about a secretary who fakes a baby bump to keep her job.

At what point does one draw the line between "helping" and cheating? A Pennsylvania mother who worked as the secretary at her daughter's high school changed the child's grades and test scores to improve her class standing.
