Latin singer Ricky Martin's reps confirmed he became the father to twin boys who were born via gestational surrogacy last week. It was a surprise to most of us, but according to People, Ricky always knew he wanted to be a parent.
In fact, he told People many years ago:
I would love to have children of my own because I know I can offer them a good life...I genuinely like kids.

According to Real Estalker, Puerto Rican songster Ricky Martin yesterday put his prestigious North Bay Road, Miami Beach, residence on the market for $19.5 million. Martin originally purchased the property in May 2005 for $10 million then listed it for sale for $16.9 million in February 2007, and then took it off the market five months later. Apparently the 9,491-square-foot, seven-bedroom, eight-bath Mediterranean masterpiece didn't undergo any renovations or improvements during the time it was off the market, so the $2.6 million price increase seems somewhat unjustified. 
While Marc and Jennifer may once again have looked like King and Queen of the Puerto Rican Day Parade in NYC, Ricky Martin's sash bestowed him the King-ly honor. It was the 50th anniversary of the parade and it looks like the weather was definitely working in their favor. At least Marc belted out a few tunes for the fellow revelers while Jennifer looked spectacular(ly youthful, as usual).

J Lo looked lovely at the Latin Grammy Awards last night, but everyone was really focused on Shakira who ruled the evening. Not only did she perform, but she took home 4 awards too including Album of the Year, Song of the Year, Record of the Year and Best Female Pop Vocal Album. And along with Shakira shaking her hips on stage, Ricky Martin performed for the audience as well.
