Fake boobs don't always hinder breastfeeding. Seventy-seven percent of LilSugar readers said they'd consider a Mommy Makeover — a breast lift, tummy tuck and liposuction — if money were no object, but plenty of women undergo a lil nip and tuck before they bear children.
Former Playmate Kendra Wilkinson and reality show star Kourtney Kardashian recently revealed that they hoped to breastfeed once they give birth.

A friend of mine attended an event at her son's preschool where she was seated with his classmate's moms. As the night wore on, the table conversation got a bit more brazen and several of the women started commenting on another mom's amazing figure. Consensus of opinion was that this mom of three had a Mommy Makeover, otherwise known as a breast lift, tummy tuck, and liposuction.

I know a few ladies who got boob enhancements instead of a fancy dinner or watch for their high school graduation gift. I think my parents would have chosen death before giving me silicone implants.
But these days, many moms are all for "bettering" their child's exterior.

A while back I saw a series on Oprah about surrogacy in India. Yesterday I was reminded of the topic when I read a New York Times article about it.
