Tina and Will Swing by The Today Show to Welcome Halloween With Gaga, Bieber, and More!

The Today Show crew got into the holiday spirit on their annual Halloween episode this morning with help from Tina Fey and Will Ferrell, who were decked out as their characters in Megamind. Hosts Meredith Vieira and Natalie Morales both took the singing star approach as Lady Gaga and Justin Bieber, respectively, even going the extra mile with choreographed performances. Al Roker, meanwhile, was Superman, and Ann Curry channeled Amelia Earhart. Natalie Morales's Mommy Must Have: Good Running Shoes

Natalie Morales navigates motherhood with a pair of broken in sneakers! We chatted with the NBC Today Show host at Baby Buggy's Bedtime Bash last week where she was enjoying amusement park rides with her sons Josh, 6, and Luke, 1. To keep up with her boys, the triathlete recommends, "a good pair of running shoes to chase after them!" We were also curious if she draws on any personal experience in her recurring role on Marriage Ref.

BabySugar: How do you handle differences in parenting styles with your husband?
Natalie Morales: We make a pretty good tag team. We trade off quite a bit, although both of them (the boys) seem to think Daddy is fun, fun, fun all the time and that's where I have the Marriage Ref argument because it's always mommy's the bad cop and daddy's the good cop.

BabySugar: You know you’re a mother when ____.
Natalie Morales: When the most incredible love - every little thing your child does you just well up with this love and at the same time the most incredible heartbreak. They can say something and just crush you, annihilate you and you're just curled up in bed sobbing.

BabySugar: Fill in the blank. Why didn’t anybody tell me _____ about motherhood?
Natalie Morales: It's pretty much all that I thought it would be. The one thing that I've learned is trying to keep my patience and not try to raise my voice, even though you know that's going to happen. But once you become a mom, you're like "Arrghh, it's really happening!"

BabySugar: What’s the best trick your mama taught you?
Natalie Morales: Dealing with diaper rash! Long before there was Triple Paste, my mom was making her own concoction. Cortisone, cornstarch and petroleum jelly and mixing. She came and helped me out when (my first son) was born, and it was key!

BabySugar: Helicopter mom or free range kids?
Natalie Morales: I'm a little bit of a free range, but I come in for dives with the helicopter. I let them roam a little bit, but always within helicopter strike distance.

Is comedy contagious in the Seinfeld home? Last night, Jessica Seinfeld hosted Baby Buggy's fourth annual Bedtime Bash in New York City. We had a chance to chat with the children's charity founder and mother of three - Sascha, 9, Julian, 7, and Shepherd, 4 - and ask what life with Jerry is like!

BabySugar: Your husband is known for his humor; in raising your children, have you found that comedy is learned or innate?
Jessica Seinfeld: I see in our children a sophisticated sense of humor that seems to grow more and more each year. I hope that we encourage that at home, but I think it's also part of what they've been around their whole lives.

BabySugar: After money, most parents' biggest arguments are about their kids - have you ever needed to call in a marriage ref for your parenting disagreements?
Jessica Seinfeld: My husband happens to be a wonderful communicator and really doesn't let us fight for a long time. He doesn't let things get crazy. We let a few minutes or a few hours go by and then talk about things. Listening to what your children have to say and really hearing what they're trying to say always gets back to what the root of the issue is.

As for the best trick Jessica's own mama taught her? "Benign neglect!"

Most moms don't fondly reminisce about the mornings they watched the sun rise while trying to coax a tot back into bed. After three years in her current news desk role on NBC's Today Show, Natalie Morales has seen more than her fair share of early mornings.

The mom of two - Josh, 5, and Luke, 6 months - juggles a high-powered, very visible job with a knack for running that has seen her complete five marathons. Her powerful interviews, including one this week with the author of the Case Against Breastfeeding story, have earned her the respect of colleagues in the news industry and viewers alike. Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, Morales also caught the eye of expectant women with her ability to remain stylish and fit throughout her pregnancies. In announcing her pregnancy, Morales mentioned the struggle she and her husband had trying to conceive. She said:

"When I found out I was pregnant, it was the best news I'd gotten all year. We had been trying for a long time. Most people think you can just decide to have a child, but it just doesn’t work that way."

First Look: The Middleman

I don't know what it says about me - or maybe about the state of television - that though I'm firmly in my mid-20s, some of my favorite TV shows these days seem to be on ABC Family. I've already talked at length about my love for Greek, and with that show on "Spring break," I'm curious about the new series that's taking its place starting on Monday: The Middleman.

The show, based on a comic book series of the same name, follows the adventures of a character named, well, The Middleman (Matt Keeslar). He's a strait-laced, old-fashioned superhero who - as the show's slogan says - fights crime "so you don't have to." Caught in the Middleman's orbit is Wendy Watson (Natalie Morales), an artist, temp worker, and newly seasoned crime fighter who reminds me a little of Veronica Mars, if Veronica were asked to deal with more supernatural weirdness.

The ads that have been airing on ABC Family intrigued me, but what really caught my eye was this Variety review that praised it for all its spy and crime genre references (from The Avengers to The Godfather). The review dubbed it "a show, frankly, for people who love (and have probably watched too much) TV," and, well, that's me to a T. Plus, I wouldn't mind some wacky crime-fighters to tide me over till Chuck and Reaper return for second seasons in the Fall.

Look Who's Expecting! Natalie Morales

One of the Today Show's personalities, Natalie Morales, is expecting her second child with hubby, Joe Rhodes. The couple will make their four–year–old son, Josh a big brother this September.

After making her announcement on this morning's Today Show, she said,

The People's Choice Awards are tonight, so now's your chance to get a good look at who's up for the trophies. Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 is dominating the movie categories, especially since there was no Twilight film eligible for this year's awards (though Taylor Lautner and Robert Pattinson still earned nods because they appeared in other movies). Vampires are still big at the PCAs, at least for the TV categories - The Vampire Diaries and its stars are all over this list. On the subject of the small screen, the awards have brought in another distinction for television: network shows and cable series are now separated (and fan favorite Game of Thrones pops up for its first season).

Watch the Today Show Hosts Reenact the Royal Wedding

The hosts of the Today show killed it this morning, dressing up in royal wedding Halloween costumes. A ginger Al Roker channeled Prince Harry, and Matt Lauer dressed as Prince William as they waited for Kate Middleton to arrive. Ann Curry played the part of the bride, and her dress and veil looked nearly identical to Kate's original Alexander McQueen gown. Wearing exact-replica costumes and English accents, Hoda Kotb and Kathie Lee went as royal sisters Princesses Eugenie and Beatrice. And Natalie Morales stole Pippa Middleton's wow factor, looking just as hot as the younger Middleton sister did on the big day. Savannah Guthrie bended genders to play Prince Charles, and ex-host Meredith Vieira came back to play the part of a brightly dressed Queen Elizabeth, bringing cute corgis in tow.
