Most new moms are physically and mentally exhausted from the life that has become their own.

Not so surprisingly, a recent survey states that 90% of moms think it's important that fast-food restaurants provide info about the food they're serving. I don't know many mamas that have time to read, but that's the genius of Romi Lassally's soon-to-be released book, True Mom Confessions: Moms Get Real — it's a guilty pleasure that can be gobbled up in bits. A compilation of admissions from TrueMomConfessions.com and humorous and honest anecdotes that the author wrote herself, the text is a page turner. Filled with the stuff most women wouldn't dare admit on the playground, it has the reader gasping, laughing and relating as they navigate their way through thoughts on postpartum bodies, child rearing, throw-up and wedded woes.
