This Valentine's Day we're celebrating the celeb mamas who don't seem to mind the not-so-glamorous effects that motherhood has on their bods and lifestyles. Simply put, they are fabulously normal and we cannot get enough of them.

Milla Jovovich is a striking supermodel who has the much dreaded muffin top that nearly every postpartum mum endures. Whether the ocean eyed beautiful sheds the extra flesh or not, it's nice to know that her priority is her darling three-month-old daughter.

Liv Tyler is a rockstar mama who isn't afraid to show her true colors. The actress was recently spotted in Hawaii where she sported a black bikini and babylicious curves without any hesitation. The confident lady strolled through the airport in her ballet flats, au natural good looks and sidekick, Milo.

Girl next door Jennifer Garner keeps daughter Violet busy with trips to the grocery store and jaunts to the park. But she's always ready to get down and dirty in the sandbox in a trusty old pair of jeans and sporty sneakers.

And last, but not least, Walk the Line starlet Reese Witherspoon steals our hearts over and over again. The southern belle keeps it real as she runs errands around Hollywood with her kids in workout gear and baseball caps.

Motherhood is hard enough when you don't live in the spotlight, so we admire the down-to-earth women who do and make it look so easy.

Fab Flash: Milla Jovovich Has a Baby Girl!

Actress, designer and model Milla and her fiance, Paul Anderson, welcomed their first child on Saturday. The baby girl, named Ever Gabo Anderson, is "doing fine," according to her parents' rep.

Milla and Paul met in 2002, when he wrote, directed, and produced her Resident Evil franchise. They announced their engagement in March 2003, but have not yet announced a wedding date. Congratulations to the happy couple!

LilSugar Exclusive: Celebrity Trainer Provides Postpartum Exercise Tips

Eating for two may sound like fun during pregnancy, but after the baby arrives, the reality of nine months of eating quickly sets in. While 75 percent of LilSugar readers kept track of their weight throughout their pregnancy, the thought of returning to a regular exercise routine is a task few new mamas are ready to tackle. From group exercise classes to at-home videos, there are a variety of methods for shedding baby weight.

Celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak, creator of 5-Factor Fitness and Diet Plan who helped Milla Jovovich lose the 70-plus pounds she gained during pregnancy and is now working with Jennifer Hudson, recently provided us with his take on how to jump-start a postnatal workout routine.

Following a vaginal birth with no severe tearing or complications from gestational diabetes, Pasternak recommends checking with your doctor and beginning this routine:

Start slow. Begin with one 10-minute walk each day. Slowly add a minute a day thereafter until you reach the 30-minute mark.

Add strength training. Once the doctor gives you the green light, begin with only one set per body part. Work your way up with multiple sets and gradually increase resistance and intensity.

Keep it simple. Don't turn to the most difficult machines you used prior to delivery. Stick with simple movements using your own body weight, dumbbells, barbells, or a HarleyBar for some light weight training.

Avoid high-impact movements for a while. The body is still filled with hormones that increase joint laxity, so it is important to monitor your activities.

Try a 5-Factor workout. (1) A cardio warm-up (2) A strength circuit with upper body (3) Lower body (4) Abs (5) Finish up with a cardio cool-down

Tell Mommy: How Much Weight Did You Gain?

Women of all different shapes and sizes gain varying amounts of weight when expecting. Milla Jovovich wrote on her official site that she gained nearly 70 pounds in the first seven months of pregnancy. Kate Hudson also gained about the same amount of weight during her pregnancy with Ryder. She told Vogue:

I would be eating ice cream and my mom would literally pry the spoon away from me, saying, 'You've had enough to last you a lifetime.

While many other factors play a part in a woman's scale increase, the average recommended weight gain during pregnancy is generally somewhere between 25 and 35 pounds. I gained 38 pounds with my first child and I may max out at 40 pounds with the second while my teeny relative only packed on a mere 12 pounds to her petite frame.
