No matter how organized I am when we're headed out the door, my husband, or children are usually missing something. Whether it's a misplaced key, wallet, backpack, permission slip, toy, hair tie, or pair of socks — items, small and large, seem to disappear into thin air in our flat. Usually, they are uncovered in a matter of minutes or months.

Motherhood brings a whole new perspective to a woman's life. Moms jump up to offer their seats to expectant ladies on the bus and rush to aid a lost child at a mall. It is in their nature to fawn over small smiles and get teary when they see a babe in need, but sometimes when they're feeling feisty enough, mamas can huff up and pull out the mommy guns on complete strangers.

The Rolling Stones may have said it best when they sang, "You can't always get what you want, but if you try sometimes, you just might find, you get what you need." Many young ladies dream of a life full of children, a dreamy hubby and all of the fabulous side dishes that come along with motherhood. But ask most any mum and chances are, they will admit their reality is far different from the imaginary one they created before entering mommyhood, and hopefully, for the better.

The tune "All I Want For Christmas Is My Two Front Teeth" may have a special meaning for Shiloh Jolie-Pitt this holiday season. When the 3-year-old beauty was spotted visiting a toy store in France, she was sporting a rather authentic-looking pirate costume — including a missing front tooth.
The tooth fairy doesn't tend to start visiting lil ones until they reach the ripe old age of 6, though some get a visit up to two years earlier.

Kitchen time is usually limited to heating up bottles, pouring a glass of water or throwing together a quick sandwich.
