Heath Ledger died of an accidental prescription drug overdose in January and his will had not been updated to include his two-year-old daughter. The late actor was in the midst of filming
The Imaginarium of Dr Parnassus so three actors —Johnny Depp, Jude Law and Colin Farrell — stepped in to finish playing his role.

As shown in the pictures, Colin, Jude and Johnny are all parents and I'm sure they'd hate to be in position of their children being fatherless.
24His will was not updated before he passed away...it didn't mean that his family will intentionally keep money from her.
Nevertheless, this is absolutely wonderful.

kudos to these three kind and generous actors, it gives me a warm feeling inside what a beautiful thing to do.

29I wouldn't judge Heath about leaving Matilda out the will, I really don't believe it was planed that way.
From the three daddies, that gesture seems to be the purest and most honest one in a long time.
