It is human nature for a woman to think her child is the cutest being that ever crawled the planet but not every mom is savvy enough to recognize the rewards that can come with that precious mug. Proud mamas can enter their babe into Gap's casting call now through Oct. 22. The finalists will take part in a professional photo shoot and will receive a $1,000 redeemable gift card to be used at GapKids or babyGap. They will also enjoy a VIP vacation to either New York or Las Vegas where they will catch a viewing of Disney's The Lion King. And of course, the mommies will gloat when they see their wee one's face lighting up the walls of their local Gap. When that Gap model is all grown up and has generations sitting at her feet, she can pull out those old posters and tell her legacies that she must have been a beautiful baby.

Stella McCartney To Launch Children's Line at Gap!

Famed designer Stella McCartney will bring her clothing to the masses in a new partnership with Gap Inc. The mama of three - Miller, 4, Bailey, 2, and Beckett, 1 - is designing an affordable line of apparel, likely fitting of her own children, that will be sold at select babyGap and GapKids stores in the United States, Europe, Japan and Canada. We can't wait to get a sneak peek of her fashionable pint-sized duds, which will hit the racks later this year!

Sneak a Peek Behind the Scenes at Gap's Casting Call!

The model photos are magnificent, but it's the behind the scenes snapshots that have me ogling over the twenty Casting Call finalists that made their way to San Francisco (with chaperones) to have their mugs captured on camera. I was lucky enough to attend the fun and kid-friendly photo shoot that had dozens of toys, grilled cheese sandwiches for pint-sized palates, shoulder rides and even an impromptu hurdles session for one of the cuties who wanted to show the photographer his athletic ability! After meeting a few of the lil darlings, I don't know who to choose! It's up to the public to vote so check out this slideshow of Gap's showstopping guys and girls to help you make your decision!

Gap called out for parents to enter their kids in the company's annual Casting Call and man, oh man, did moms and dads answer! Nearly 900,000 entries were submitted before they were narrowed down to 20 finalists. Those cuties and their chaperones made their way to San Francisco a few weeks ago for a professional photo shoot that I was lucky enough to attend. After meeting a few of the lil darlings, I don't know who to choose! It's up to the public to vote so check out this slideshow of Gap's showstopping guys to help you make your decision! Cuties Shine at San Francisco Gap Casting Call

Parents and lil ones from around the Bay flocked to downtown San Francisco last Friday to take part in one of many Gap Casting Calls, which are happening around the nation in the next month. The mini models hammed it up for the camera while mommies and daddies waited in line with their smiley Gap-clad youngsters. Talk about a cute overload!

You can submit your favorite photo of your children through Oct. 22 for a chance for them to be featured in an upcoming babyGap or GapKids campaign. Finalists and winners will receive a trip to San Francisco for a Gap photo shoot and prize packages including special gifts from babyGap, GapKids, and Snapfish. Supersize This: Mod Girl

Every time I pass by a Baby Gap, I either have to run by or surrender my credit card, as I know I almost always succumb to buying more than my tot needs. Case in point - this mod outfit. Does my lil girl need it? No. But, it's to die for! Oh fine. . . death may be an exaggeration, but the striped topper, gold buttoned shift dress and hot pink cable knit tights set off cute overload alarms.
