I have given many nursery pillows for "welcoming baby" gifts, but none as cute as these from Elle and Evans. Each pillow is made with fine dupioni silk, filled with down feathers, and can be monogrammed for $58. These fabulous pillows are appropriate for both boys and girls and can go along with modern and shabby chic themed rooms.

We know that infants aren't supposed to sleep with pillows, but they are sweet and add the perfect touch to baby's room. And, eventually, the accent finds its place on a bed.

Jennifer Aniston Wears Jaw-Dropping, Low-Cut Dress For Elle's Women in Hollywood Event

Jennifer Aniston mixed things up and stepped out in a super sexy Kaufmanfranco mini dress with a daring neckline for Elle's 18th Annual Women in Hollywood Tribute in Beverly Hills on Monday evening. Jennifer is among the ladies being fêted at the event, and she had all eyes on her as she showed off her toned legs and perfect bronze glow. Jennifer caught up with Reese Witherspoon backstage, and the two women hugged and posed together for pictures. This evening was all about Jennifer and her fellow powerful women in the industry, though Justin Theroux did come along to support his girl and he, too, was spotted chatting with Reese. Over the weekend Jennifer was in another hot look with Justin Theroux on her arm to help celebrate Robert Downey Jr. Jennifer had a chance to take the stage during both ceremonies, cracking jokes at RDJ's expense on Friday and this time around joining fellow leading lady honorees including Viola Davis, Evan Rachel Wood, Elizabeth Olsen, Barbra Streisand, and Naomi Watts among others.

Reese Raves About Jen at the Women in Hollywood Event, With Barbra, Naomi, and More

The Elle Women in Hollywood Tribute, held inside LA's Four Seasons Hotel last night, brought out many A-list stars to toast honorees Jennifer Aniston, Barbra Streisand, Michelle Pfeiffer, Viola Davis, Evan Rachel Wood, Freida Pinto, Naomi Watts, Elizabeth Olsen, and DreamWorks studio head Stacey Snider. Jennifer Aniston brought boyfriend Justin Theroux along for the bash, and she looked amazing in a Kaufmanfranco dress. Elizabeth and Freida, meanwhile, picked Calvin Klein dresses for the occasion.

Many of the ladies paid tribute to legend award-winner Barbra, though Reese reserved her comments for Jennifer. Reese raved about Jennifer, saying, "You just want to get your nails done with her, and you want to make out with her at the same time. At least I do - and that's what we do sometimes on Saturdays." Reese also had time to say hi to her This Means War costar and pal, Chelsea Handler, as well as Robin Wright. Katherine Heigl made it an adorable date night with her husband, Josh Kelley, and Rachel Zoe stepped out in a long, flowy gown. We caught up with some of the ladies on the gray carpet before the event began. Naomi spoke about how amazing it was to shoot with Leonardo DiCaprio on their upcoming movie, J. Edgar, and joked that unlike some actors she's worked with, she likes him just as much as his work. Jennifer on the first time she stood up to a male director: "I threw a chair at a director. It wasn't my proudest moment. He was treating a script supervisor horribly . . . When the director walked in, I threw a chair at him. I missed, of course. I was like, 'You can't speak to people like that.' I can't tolerate it."
Naomi on her breakthrough role in Mulholland Drive: "It was a game-changer, but I knew I had to be careful. You can get a lot of attention and still be gone in a flash."
Naomi on becoming an actress: "One of the things was seeing the movie Fame, as cheesy as that sounds. I was like, That looks fun! It wasn't that I wanted to be famous. I just wanted to go to acting class."
Elizabeth on taking a year off school to make her film debut: "They're all indies, so the shoots were relatively short - it was great because every single film was a genre, and the directors were so completely different. It helped me figure out what worked for me and how I would adapt. It was difficult at times - like a great year of conservatory training. It was that intense."
Elizabeth on her desire to act: "Watching old Frank Sinatra musicals when I was, like, 6. I wanted to be one of the love interests when I got older."
