I know it's nature's way, but sometimes it baffles me that all women are born with the right to reproduce - no license or permit required. After seeing this video, you might wonder why we don't have a law preventing some ladies from ever bearing offspring. An Ohio mother of three was arrested for her third drunk driving offense in six years.

Her three children - ages 1, 5, and 8 - were all passengers in the vehicle. And aside from endangering their lives by being intoxicated, the mother let the baby steer the wheel! Thankfully, no one was injured, and the children are now in their father's custody.

Bon Jovi guitarist and father, Richie Sambora was arrested Tuesday night in Laguna Hills for driving drunk while his ten-year-old daughter, Ava was a passenger in the car.

According to People:

The Bon Jovi guitarist was stopped around 10:52 p.m. after police said they spotted him weaving on the road, according Laguna Beach Police Sgt. Jason Kravetz tells PEOPLE. Sambora was driving a Hummer and was with his girlfriend, daughter Ava (whose mother is ex-wife Heather Locklear) and another unidentified juvenile girl.

Though Ava's mother, Heather Locklear and the rocker are divorced, would you be able to forgive your spouse for such an incredible lapse of good judgment?

Woman Buckles Her Beer, Not Baby

Sometimes it's hard to believe that a story is true. Here's a great example.

According to First Coast News, a Florida woman ran a red light and swerved down the road when a deputy spotted the erratic behavior and pulled her over. And it was a good thing he did. To reveal the rest of this shocker, read more.

Investigators said the woman smelled of alcohol, claimed she never had a license, and was running out of gas. This is where it gets strange. She had a case of Busch beer in the passenger's seat with a seatbelt buckling it in, but there was a baby girl in the backseat without a car seat or seatbelt! When the deputy asked her why the child wasn't restrained, she replied, "I don't know."

The babe's perilous situation of being an innocent passenger of an irresponsible woman was compounded by the fact that she had taken backseat to the brews.

Out of it, the woman told the officer that she had consumed a "few" drinks. After staggering out of her car, she gave the authorities reason to arrest when she failed a field sobriety test.

The woman is facing DUI, child endangerment, driving without a valid license, running a red light, and not having a seatbelt or child restraint.

Father Fined For Buckling in Beer Instead of Boy

Beer before boy? An Australian police officer pulled over an unregistered and uninsured car on Friday only to find the driver, a dad, had seat belted his beer in, but failed to secure his son. The case of beer sat between two adult passengers in the backseat, while the 5-year-old road on the lump of the car's floor.

According to ABC news:

"I haven't ever seen something like this before," he said. "This is the first time that the beer has taken priority over a child."

Unfortunately, in the US, we have. Back in February, a Florida woman was pulled over for drunk driving. And, when the officer looked into her car, he found a case of Busch beer seat belted in the back next to a baby who was not secured or in a carseat. The Australian dad was slapped with a fine for not restraining his son, while the woman was taken into custody.
