Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott, along with their children - Liam, 4, and Stella, 3 - welcomed a baby girl, Hattie Margaret, to the family yesterday morning. The new mama, who decided to wait to find out the baby's gender, tweeted the announcement to her friends and followers, saying, "Our family is so happy to announce tht 10/10/11 R baby girl Hattie Margaret McDermott was born at 7:08am. Stella McCartney is now the proud mum of two boys and two girls! The famed designer and husband Alasdhair Willis welcomed their daughter Reiley to the world on Tuesday in London. The lil darling is the couple's fourth child in five and a half years. She joins brothers, Miller, 5, and Beckett, 2, and sister, Bailey, nearly 4. We imagine their grandpa, former Beatles singer Paul McCartney, is overjoyed with his family's newest addition. In light of Stella's children's line, we are sure this infant will be dressed to the nines.

Matt Damon is more than outnumbered after welcoming his fourth daughter! The actor and his wife, Luciana, seem to have a theme going as they gave their latest addition a name ending in "a" as well. On Wednesday, Stella Zavala joined her big sisters, Gia, 2, Isabella, 4, and Alexia, 11.

Stella means "star," Gia means "God's grace," Isabella means "consecrated to God," and Alexia means "defender." According to the Social Security Administration's 2009 baby name list, Isabella filled the top girl spot. Stella's ranking was 126. Alexia came in at 220 and Gia was 590. It sounds like Sheryl Crow's son, Wyatt, has something to crow about these days! The rock and roll mama took to her official website this morning to announce that she has adopted a baby brother for her 3-year-old son. She said:

I have some exciting news to share with you guys - Wyatt has a new little brother! Levi James was born April 30th. Just wanted you all to be the first to hear the good news!

Just last week the mom and her Toy Story 3-clad older tot were spotted playing on a Caribbean beach, never letting on that there was a new addition to the family.
