Stella McCartney is now the proud mum of two boys and two girls! The famed designer and husband Alasdhair Willis welcomed their daughter Reiley to the world on Tuesday in London. The lil darling is the couple's fourth child in five and a half years. She joins brothers, Miller, 5, and Beckett, 2, and sister, Bailey, nearly 4. We imagine their grandpa, former Beatles singer Paul McCartney, is overjoyed with his family's newest addition. In light of Stella's children's line, we are sure this infant will be dressed to the nines.

Matt Damon is more than outnumbered after welcoming his fourth daughter! The actor and his wife, Luciana, seem to have a theme going as they gave their latest addition a name ending in "a" as well. On Wednesday, Stella Zavala joined her big sisters, Gia, 2, Isabella, 4, and Alexia, 11.

Stella means "star," Gia means "God's grace," Isabella means "consecrated to God," and Alexia means "defender." According to the Social Security Administration's 2009 baby name list, Isabella filled the top girl spot. Stella's ranking was 126. Alexia came in at 220 and Gia was 590.
