It's so hard to part with your baby's first blanket, the bonnet they wore home from the hospital or their first pair of shoes, but it's even tougher to live with bags of their keepsakes stored in every nook and cranny of your place. Though my daughter was dressed in pink duds and floral prints for the first 18 months of her life, people would stop and say, "Oh, HE is so cute!" Desperate to put bows in her hair, none were capable of pulling back the few wisps she had on her nearly bald head.
