I was thrilled to see Julia Roberts open up about motherhood and making family a priority in the March issue of Allure. The spread offers a sweet look at the "Domestic Goddess," (that's Allure's caption, but judging her down to earth demeanor it suits her) and manages to sneak in this beautiful photo of the mother of three reading Munro Leaf's classic book Reading Can Be Fun.
Leaf is known to most as the author of the controversial children's book The Story of Ferdinand, but published about 40 kitschy guidebooks for children in the '30s and '40s, many of which have been reprinted in the last few years.

Splitting her time between homes in Taos, NM and New York City, the actress spends more time watching her three tots — twins Hazel Patricia and Phinnaeus Walter, 4, and Henry Daniel,1, — than acting.

There's something about an electrical outlet that just gets the best of an infant's curiosity. As soon as they are able to crawl around, tots want to know what's up with those slots in the walls.
Most parents plug them up with the standard clear outlet covers, while some opt for tape.
