Macaron Towers

"The custom macaron tower was a fun and a challenging project," Magdalena says. "I bought two cones from Michaels, and I assembled the tower on site, as the macarons have to be kept cold and would break if they were transported on the tower. In the end, I used toothpicks inserted to the cone at an angle so that the macaroons would hang on it and would be very easy to take off."
