We love creative DIY projects that benefit the entire family.

We love creative DIY projects that benefit the entire family. Casa Community member theroomstylist shared her design for her sister's nursery in the Su Casa group. We love the rugby-stripe walls and modern design! Here's what she had to say:

My sister asked me to help with the design for her new baby's nursery. I worked the design around a fun bedding set my mom and I bought for the baby as a gift. Check out this fun gender-neutral nursery design!

Vroom, vroom! It's no secret that kids love cars, trucks, and things that go — that's why nursery design firms spend so much time making bedding and room accessories featuring all kinds of vehicles.

Vroom, vroom! It's no secret that kids love cars, trucks, and things that go — that's why nursery design firms spend so much time making bedding and room accessories featuring all kinds of vehicles. While vintage styles always look cute in baby's room, more modern designs — especially those featuring silhouettes of the vehicles — continue to attract decorating moms-to-be. Check out a couple of our favorite options for any budget.

Simple: Carter's may be synonymous with soft-as-can-be layette and baby clothes (not to mention fabulous basics like undershirts and pajamas), but the 146-year-old company is now expanding into the world of nursery furniture and bedding and is making a grand entrance. Its Bumper-Bumper Collection ($160) is just one of four modern collections that include a fitted sheet, reversible quilt, dust ruffle, and diaper stacker. Bumpers can be added to the sets for an additional $60.

Swank: The industry leader in clean, modern design for babies and kids, DwellStudio revolutionized the nursery industry when it first introduced its crib bedding designs. One of the company's most popular sets, the Dwell Transportation Crib Bedding ($360) comes with a fitted sheet, play blanket, dust ruffle, and bumper.

Simple or Swank: Stark White Modern Cribs

An unadorned crib allows the option to accessorize with color and change up the decor of baby's room without breaking your future piggy bank.

An unadorned crib allows the option to accessorize with color and change up the decor of baby's room without breaking your future piggy bank. If you decide to skip a crib painted with bright colors, invest in a plain piece that pairs well with plenty of looks — you might go with nautical one season and black and white the next. Check out a couple of our favorite options for any budget.

Simple: The Bloom Alma Crib ($400) has a hint of steel detailing, but is largely a plain crib canvas you can dress up with any look you like.

Swank: The white Sparrow Crib ($730) features the same simple and sleek aesthetic, but a more retro-mod design for a slightly heftier price tag.

Lil Community: Isabel's Elegant Black, White, and Pink Nursery

Having a baby girl after a boy means it's time for a makeover!

Having a baby girl after a boy means it's time for a makeover! Schnappycat shared this spectacular sneak peek of her daughter's nursery in our Revamping Baby's Room group.

After having a son, I was thrilled for the opportunity to decorate for a girl. I wanted to create a feminine space, but also one that wasn't too babyish. Pink was always planned, but I loved the black and white damask print to balance it out. I fell in love with the artwork and the other "fashionable" touches naturally followed. I like that it has an elegant French feel, but isn't overtly French in style.

Toy Box: Ride the Rody Horse

I ran into a mom and pop shop that sells old school classic toys and saw this Rody Horse.

I ran into a mom and pop shop that sells old school classic toys and saw this Rody Horse. The Italian made inflatable vinyl horse is free of latex and Phthalates, making him popular with parents. Priced at $43, you can also purchase an air pump for $8.

I told the shop owner I had never seen one and she was shocked and excitedly declared that it is one of her best sellers since kids love to bounce around her store on them. Most parents eventually cave in to the whines and pleas.

The smiling lil steed comes in 11 sprightly colors that are guaranteed to add some spunk to any decor. And should you decide to turn the bouncer into a rocker, you can buy a rocking base for an extra $29. As soon as I make more room in my daughter's stable, I am purchasing one of these ponies! And I can't promise that I won't try it out myself.
