LeapFrog's Leapster Explorer ($60) brings e-Books, videos, a high-resolution touchscreen, and a camera capability to the traditional gaming console. The Pillow Pets ($25) fad is going strong and lil ones are collecting as many as they can. Mattel's Loopz Game ($27) uses lights and music to challenge kids to mimic motion patterns. Fisher Price's remote controlled Big Foot ($98) walks back and forth and can show up to six emotions, including one that allows tots to hear what he's dreaming. The Sing-a-ma-jigs ($13) can sing on their own or harmonize together.
It's a pillow. It's a pet. And if you have a child under the age of 10, the plush toy is likely on his or her wish list.
