It's not easy being in the public eye when you're pregnant.

It's not easy being in the public eye when you're pregnant. Everybody and their brother seems to have a comment about your size, your shape, and the way you're handling it. Jenny McCarthy certainly knows about the backlash expectant celebs receive via social media and gossip magazines. She proudly displayed a picture of herself nine months pregnant (and weighing 211 pounds, 80 more than her usual weight) and received quite a few comments. Appearing on today's Rachael Ray Show, Jenny has a few words for people who make disparaging comments on Twitter about pregnant women and encourages other celebrity moms-to-be to proudly post pictures — even when the photo may not be the most flattering to their "image."

While visiting Jimmy Kimmel last night, Jessica Simpson told the host that it feels like déjà vu getting pregnant with her second child so quickly after he daughter, Maxwell, 10 months old, was born. In addition to accidentally revealing that she's expecting a baby boy, she opened up to the host about future plans for expanding her family, marriage plans, and how her father, who is a minister, reacted to her pregnancies that she's had out of wedlock.

Kristen Bell is one proud mama-to-be! The expectant House of Lies star and her fiancé, Dax Shepard, have joked about her pregnancy since announcing it last Fall, talking about what they'll do with the baby with Chelsea Handler and planning a whiskey-filled childbirth. As her delivery date nears, it doesn't look like Kristen is reining things in at all. Yesterday she was spotted showing off her bare bump to friends on the streets of LA — and boy does she look amazing!

While baring a bump in a bikini has become commonplace, not many expectant mamas are game for showing off their pregnant bellies off the beach. Would you?

Josh Duhamel and Fergie stepped out in London for a dinner date last night. Josh was a perfect gentleman as he ushered his pregnant wife, Fergie, into C London restaurant with his arm around her. The stylish mom-to-be carried a studded black clutch and bundled up in a leather coat that covered her growing baby bump. Josh and Fergie flew out of LA on Tuesday and arrived in the UK, where Josh has continued promotions for Safe Haven. He and his costar Julianne Hough visited the BBC Radio station on Wednesday and appeared at a book signing with author Nicholas Sparks on Thursday. It's all part of press leading up to the March 1 UK release of the film, which has already hit theaters in the US.

It appears Channing worked up a sweat during the class and he carried bottled water in both hands. The pair have been spending a lot of quality time together recently. Last week, Jenna and Channing hit the beach in Malibu for a relaxing afternoon with their dogs. As she is going through changes with her pregnancy, he is also sporting a fresh look — Channing recently shaved his head and he gave a glimpse of his new hairdo during a recent lunch date with Jenna. After clocking in couple's time, Channing is headed down to New Orleans where he will host a Super Bowl party at his bar, Saints & Sinners, on Saturday before the big game.

The couple were bundled up from the Winter cold in warm jackets and scarves as they made their way through the parking lot. Earlier this month, Evan and Jamie announced that they are expecting their first child. Evan told her fans on Twitter, "Thanks for all your warm wishes. We are very happy. I'm gonna be a mama!" In addition to having a baby on the way, Evan also has several movies coming out this year, including The Necessary Death of Charlie Countryman alongside Shia LaBeouf. Currently, though, Evan is busy filming 10 Things I Hate About Life with Thomas McDonell and showed off her growing bump on set in Malibu last week.
