This week, Tori takes a look back at her four pregnancies.

As my fourth pregnancy is nearing the end I have bittersweet feelings. I can't wait to meet and hold my little man or lady, and definitely I won't miss having to pee four times a night or hearing my now pliable pelvic bones move and crunch when I try to pull myself out of bed in the morning. But, there's so much I will miss.

I'm guessing this will be my final pregnancy and that brings tears to my eyes. I love being pregnant. It's such a special time in a woman's life. I love looking at my enormous baby belly and knowing that I am doing the most important job of my life . . . making life. I'm a human incubator and it is such an honor. I also love feeling my baby kick and play and move inside of me. After doing this three times before it still amazes me. I pull up my top every time I feel movement and gaze in awe as my belly ripples back and forth, and I can see what appears to be small rolling mountains of little hands and feet travel across my stomach. I love never feeling alone and I love how everyone smiles at a pregnant woman no matter what mood they are in. I love how everyone calls me 'Mama' and how my husband rubs my belly and tells me I'm the sexiest woman he's ever seen. I also have so much fun dressing my baby bump. I usually opt for vintage and make it a mission to show myself and other preggers that you can totally look stylish at any point during pregnancy.

Like I said, I'm in love with pregnancy. Funny enough, if you had asked 21-year-old Tori if she would one day be the mama of four, she probably would have laughed at you on her way out the door to go have whisky sours and dance at The Roxbury on Sunset with Shannen Doherty and Brian Austin Green. I mean . . . I always knew I wanted kids but I never could have predicted that I'd want such a large family and how much I would love being pregnant, and then taking care of and raising babes.

I live for my children. I beyond enjoy every single moment with them. I love the big moments like watching them talk and walk for the first time and even the small things like watching them discover their toes or hearing Liam say, "Mom, Mom, Mom" 50 times in a row. I even love when Stella says, "Mom I pooped," and I walk into the bathroom to find her off the toilet, grasping her ankles with her naked butt in the air, awaiting a wipe.

I know all of these moments are fleeting. They won't last forever. Just like my pregnancy. So I'm enjoying my last moments as a pregnant woman. I know very shortly it will be over and just a memory. I hope I can hang onto that amazing feeling I feel as an honored pregger and can remember forever the enjoyment I got out of it. Actually I know I'll remember the enjoyment I got out of it as I watch my four beautiful babies grow into adults and have babies of their own. Yes, these moments can't last forever, but the greatest part is that new moments with them will be created for the rest of our lives together. And where pregnancy is concerned, hopefully I will forget the dry nipples, constant heartburn, and constipation!

And since this will most likely be my last pregnancy, I wanted to dedicate the entire week on ediTORIal to blogs about pregnancy and being a mama. And to make sure that I never forget how I felt during this fourth pregnancy, my family and I are going to be filming some very special home videos for all of you guys documenting the final weeks before babe arrives! I'll be posting these videos to ediTORIal, so stay tuned!

A few months back, I caught a lot of flak on two separate occasions for bearing my baby bump in a bikini and monokini while spending the day poolside with my family. Apparently people online have some strong opinions about showing your pregnant body and what’s appropriate to wear. I got a lot of comments like these:

"Too much showing. Not suitable for a pregnant mom with a 7-month-old."

"Ewww. She’s pregnant! Cover that bump up! No one wants to see that!!"

"NOT motherly AT ALL. In future years, she will surely regret that unflattering picture. COVER up, girl!"

"That suit is barely suitable for a nonpregnant woman, let alone a pregnant one!"

"Have a little more modestly when you’re pregnant!!! Geez!!!"

"I mean, it’s OK for a younger girl to wear something like that, but a mom of (soon-to-be) four, having a baby bump, that suit doesn’t seem, ahem, 'suitable'"

"She’s pregnant and wearing this? She’s just trashy and looks like a hooker!"

I have to say, I’m super proud of my bump. Why should I be embarrassed and cover up something that’s the greatest gift a woman can experience? A pregnant woman in any shape or size is beautiful! Pregnancy is an amazing journey, and we preggers should be able to show it off. I call it BUMP PROUD! Embrace your growing curves and burgeoning belly.

Having a husband who is so handy in the kitchen is a blessing on its own, but when he gets the kids involved, I'm extra grateful. Cooking is a great skill to learn at any age and a fabulous way to keep the kids busy during the long summer days. Not to mention kids, at least mine, are more apt to try new things if they feel involved in the process!

His Omelet Muffins are super kid-friendly and delicious to boot (you know I love my savory cupcakes!) — they're a huge hit in the McDermott household. Plus they're convenient for the parents because the recipe calls for ingredients you always have in your house.

Friday was a very momentous occasion in our family. . . . Liam Aaron McDermott graduated from preschool! It was a proud mama bear's shining moment as my boy accepted his first diploma.

Liam started at his school when he was 18 months with a class called Toddler (mommy/daddy and me). After that he did three years of Pre-Kindergarten. And, on Friday, he graduated. Somewhere deep down I wanted to chant, "Liam McDermott graduates!"— à la Donna Martin — but kept it to myself.

My dapper man wore his seersucker suit and an M4L (Made for Liam) red polka-dot silk bow tie by Boutaugh. Liam chose the color palette all on his own, I might add. The school set up a nice stage for the graduates as well as a sea of folding chairs for the families in the school's rear yard. Everyone waited patiently when suddenly Dionne Warwick's "That's What Friends Are For" started playing, and then I saw my little man marching out in a line with his other pint-sized classmates and . . . cue the waterworks, which flowed abundantly and freely for the next hour.

They each walked on stage and promptly took the microphone to announce what they wanted to be when they grew up. Liam said, "When I grow up, I want to be a basketball player." It was adorable. Then they performed songs about growing up and moving on, and also sang a song in Spanish while wearing sombreros. Then, at the end, they played "Pomp and Circumstance" (this preschool graduation was no joke!) and announced each student's name to come accept their diploma. I waited patiently with a quivering lip. Then I heard it . . . "Liam McDermott."

Miss Hattie hit a big milestone last week when she said her first word. It was bittersweet as she uttered the word, "dada."

I'm sure that mamas everywhere can agree that I wouldn't be human if somewhere inside, beneath the beaming pride I felt about her accomplishment, there wasn't a little sadness that her first word wasn't "mama."

Liam is my little man, but he came out of my belly with adoring eyes for Dean. He was Daddy's dude from the jump, so it was no surprise when his first word was "dada." He was my first, so while I was a little sad, on the whole I totally got it and was proud.

Stella, on the other hand, is SO me. Her first word was "mama," and her second word was "shoes" — we were kindred spirits from the start. I'd be lying if I said I didn't do a little dance when Stella first uttered "mama," and used my not-so-inside voice to exclaim, "Yes, I won one!" Was there something wrong with me that I was somehow keeping parental score as judged by my children's verbiage?

So now here we were, at our tie-breaker: Hattie. She was the toss-up. For seven months, she's been our little neutral party. Or so I thought! Were she and Dean secretly plotting this all along? I had paranoid visions of Dean cornering Hattie in her jumpy, monopolizing her very busy and precious baby schedule with enunciated repetitions of "dada," so exaggerated that even our half-blind and mostly deaf pug could understand. Kind of the way you're always tempted to quickly teach a curse word to a parrot when its owner leaves the room. Oh wait — maybe that's just me!

Alas, I've now spent a week saying, "Hi, Hattie . . . MAMA!"

"How's my baby? MAMA!!"

"Did you make a poopy? MAMMMMA!!!"

I think she's getting the point.

As happy and grateful as any mom is about their child's milestones, am I alone in this whole nonsense of winning the first spoken word in a household? Let me know your thoughts and experiences in the comments below.

It's fascinating to me that, from the time little girls can walk and talk, they already have the mommy gene. It's so natural for them to want to be mothering and nurturing. Stella, from such an early age, was obsessed with holding her baby, changing her baby, pretending to feed it, and putting it down for naps. I often hear her calmly yet firmly reprimanding her baby doll for acting up. After she gives her tough love, I see her hug the baby and tell her, "I love you.” It's beyond beautiful!

One of the things I love best about ediTORIal is the community we've built here on the site. I really enjoying reading all of your thoughts and comments — I have such hilarious and stylish readers! So, I decided to make a new blog series titled Momvo (mom convo) so we can all share stories and thoughts about hot mommy topics. Hope you enjoy my first Momvo post!

This morning I walked into the kids' room and I heard Liam and Stella talking to each other. Liam said to Stella "you're a Jewish" and Stella said, "No Liam, you're a Jewish." I walked in and said "technically you are both Jewish."

They both asked why and I said, "because I'm Jewish," to which Stella replied, "you're not Jewish, you are just a mom." I then asked them, without having a completely proper answer prepared, if they knew what being Jewish meant. They both said no.

At what age is it appropriate to start talking to your kids about religion and heritage? And what if you and your husband have different religious backgrounds? I know we weren't prepared to have this conversation yet and still completely aren't. Luckily for the time being they were distracted when they heard Dean call "breakfast is ready" from the kitchen.

When it comes to the bedroom, I say the more the merrier . . . No, this is not taking a turn for the obscene; I'm talking piling the whole family — chickens included — into the bed.

I've already shared my love of TV time in the bedroom, but now Dean and I are onto another debate: whether or not kids and furry family members in the bed create a boundary between us.

Not surprisingly, I love having the kids in our bed to cuddle, and I think the bigger the bed, the better! Dean, on the other hand, wants to up the romance and downsize us to a queen bed! He even put down blue tape on our current bed to show me the size of a queen vs. king. In his defense, we actually did have a queen bed in the beginning, honeymoon phase of our relationship, so I can see why he'd associate that with romance. But now that we have three kids jumping in and out of our sheets that would never work!

Right now, our usual routine is to let the kids fall asleep in our bed, and then move them to their own rooms. So here's my question for you: do you ever let your kids sleep in your bed? What are your bedroom boundaries? And, does a smaller bed equal more hanky panky?

Her son was born with Down syndrome, and in honor of World Down Syndrome Day on March 21st, she has offered to share her story. When I read this, I had tears streaming down my face — not because I felt sorry for Lisa’s son Blake, but because she inspires me as a mom. I hope you are as touched by her story as I was:

Down But Not Out

Friday the 13th turned out to be the luckiest day of my life . . . in hindsight. I gave birth for the second time to my son Blake under very traumatic circumstances. He was born blue, lifeless and his first sounds resembled a watery gurgle, not a cry. His birth was fast and as a result he had lungs full of water and had the umbilical cord wrapped around his neck twice. I was unable to hold him before they rushed him to the special care nursery for respiratory therapy and monitoring. We spent six days in the hospital. During this time, due to the shape of his eyes, the doctors suspected Blake had Trisomy 21; also known as Down Syndrome (DS). He fought to live and to be here, only now to be faced with a prospective hurdle he would continue to jump for the rest of his life. The postpartum hormones were swirling as I sat down the hall from my new son who was fighting for his life; quietly smelling the receiving blanket from his NICU nest and pumping my breasts alone in tears. Nine agonizing days later, the test results confirmed the doctor’s suspicions. The joy and relief that my son was alive was immediately shrouded in darkness, sadness, despair and shock. I am under 35 and was not given the option of amniocenteses (the test that can conclusively tell you if your baby has DS). The blood test that was available I opted not to do because of the high false positive rate and the fact that there were no "risk factors" — my first child was healthy and my ultrasounds were normal and we were reassured that everything was "fine." I was surrounded by fear and unknowns, questions with no answers and a baby boy to care for.

I have no time to be on the "why me" program being the ambitious mompreneur that I am. I had to force myself to say: "WHY NOT" and bring it on to my already full plate. There seemed to be no other alternative than to take it head on and realize that the only thing I can control is my attitude, approach and perspective. I feel very lucky to have been given this boy and with him the opportunity for personal growth, education and evolution.

I've been making my lasagna recipe since my early 20s. When I moved into my first apartment at age 19, I decided to learn my way around a kitchen and started experimenting with my favorite cuisine, Italian. At first, more spaghetti landed on the ceiling than on the plate, but ultimately, I perfected my go to dish: T's Meaty Lasagna.

It became my good luck dish. I made it for my friends every time one of my TV movies premiered, which back then was a lot. Hey friends, come eat lasagna and watch me get stalked, killed, and shoot a bad pimp. Ahhh, those were the days! Nowadays, I make my lasagna for family and friends whenever we feel like a cozy home cooked meal. This Christmas / New Year’s, we went away to a house in the mountains. We didn't get any snow like expected, but I did make my lasagna dinner! Here's the recipe...

Liam’s New Year’s "resolution" is a classic example of kid logic! Recently he asked me this:

"When you say New Year’s means a new, different year, does that mean I can eat more sugar now cause I haven't had any since last year?"

I love the holidays. To me, Christmas is a time to celebrate with my family and DIY the heck out of my house! We all know the Christmas tree is the focal point of any holiday home decor. I've done the pre-cut tree, lot tree, and the planted in a pot living tree, so this year I was determined to do the unthinkable in Los Angeles (or so I thought)...cut down my own Christmas tree!

Growing up in La la land, you tend to believe that trees come perfectly flocked and grouped together, pre-cut on a corner lot in Beverly Hills with a whopping price tag of $150 plus. I wanted out of that illusion, but never thought it was possible. Well, this year I did research and found an actual Christmas tree farm just 40 minutes outside of LA! Dean was participating in a celebrity charity golfing tournament, but the excited kid in me couldn't wait to cut down our tree, so I packed up the kids and headed to the farm.

When we arrived we weren't given much direction. We were told to grab saws . . . a cart . . . and head up the hill!

As we headed up and over the hill into miles of Christmas trees, I might have wondered . . . was this smart?

There were literally miles of trees of all shapes and sizes. So many worked, but none were perfect.

Forty-five minutes later, as the sun was just starting to set and I realized we were all alone amidst hundreds of trees, I thought to myself . . . is this safe? I reassured myself with the realization that no one would, in good conscience, harm a saw-wielding woman and her two toddlers cutting down their own Christmas tree weeks before the holiest day of the year. Then, not at all reassured by that realization, I closed my eyes and quickly pointed to the first tree in front of me and squealed, "Look kids, the perfect tree!" Was it perfect? No. However it did have only one major bald spot, which was a win-win, as it was surrounded by miles of misshaped firs. We had a winner!

As I was changing the other evening, Liam shrieked, covered his eyes, and said:

"Oh no! I do not need to see that! Get that out of my face. That huge thing sitting on top of your legs. Your butt is ginormous."

Changing in front of my kids always seemed so natural and normal. After all they are just toddlers, and I did make them from this body. But, for the first time, I think I blushed and quickly covered up. Is this it? At 4 years old, is Liam now too old for me to be changing in front of him?
