Woman Seen With Jon Gosselin Speaks, What's Your Opinion?

When Jon Gosselin hit the town without his wife, Kate, rumor swirled. But last week when US Weekly published photos of TLC's favorite dad in a car outside Legends bar with a younger woman, the media went wild. Deanna Hummel, 23, spoke with People to dispel the misconception that she is anything more than friends with the father famous for his family's television show, Jon and Kate Plus 8. The article said:

"He just got this new car and I wanted to drive it. I'm into cars. We all have guy and girl friends. Because of who he is, it gets portrayed the wrong way, and it's unfair to him and his family."

well they said it "It may not be a perfect life,but it's there life" Welcome to showbiz. Let's not forget they both went to College and they know what the world is like. That's what all of this is about, so the kids can have a great future. Counseling may help. But that second wedding in Hawaii with the kids was to prove to them all that they would always be together and to show the kids that! Did Kate know something wasn't right then? after 9 years of marriage not 10 why was she so admit that this take place really for Jon and his family or to try and save something that started feeling as though something just wasn't right,A new move,new start. The kids needed more space. I hope them the best and they are strong people. Those 8 little beauties do deserve a good future.

I don't think it's the age difference that's the problem. I'm 22 and have a close friend who just turned 30 and it's no big deal. The only suspicious part is that he's alone with her late at night.

I don't know about other people's marriages, but in my marriage, that's NOT HAPPENING (hubby hanging out with a female friend in a club at 2 in the morning then going on a ride because she wants to drive in his new car. Hmmm). Well, vice versa too.It just seems so unusual and will elicit gossip... again, I'm not in other people's marriages's shoes, so if that's normal and comfortable behavior for them, hey, whatever rocks your boat.

I'm hoping that this is just a rough patch for Jon and Kate. It's hard not to think back to the earliest specials and remember how they seemed like such a close knit team working together to raise their eight adorable children. What an overwhelming task they have already accomplished — it seems like since they got through that, they should be able to get through anything.

It's perfectly OK for married people to have friends of the opposite sex, but they weren't exactly having an innocent lunch or going on a nice hike together. Even if he isn't technically cheating on her, this would violate some boundaries if it was my marriage.

Oh, and Aphrosette, I'm going to have to agree with 'Anonymous' up there - have you watched the show much lately? They are spending quite a bit of time in NYC not to mention other big cities with the book tours, etc. It's not like they just fell off the back of the turnip truck and into this wild n' crazy lifestyle.

Aphrosette: Please, they are not immune or ignorant of the ongoings in Hollywood. They are well educated city people, not country bumpkins. And Kate is obviously longing for a Hollywood lifestyle. Dont play the ignorant card

You know, I think if they lived in a bigger area there would be more to it then that, but come on, they live in Reading, PA!!!! If you're from around there or not that area, its surrounded by cows and pretty much a wholesome family town. I think they just don't realize what the rest of the world is like and just how critical it is!!!
