I'm in need of a warm (preferably down) maternity coat. I live in Minnesota and will be pregnant all winter. I've searched online without any luck.

Ha! I'm moving back to MN and I'm having the same problem. I live in the Twin Cities, and we have one of the largest malls in the country, The Mall Of America. Unfortunately, I really only remember there being one maternity store in that entire place, Motherhood Maternity (and that one is not that great, the one in the Maplewood Mall is much better). Though, there were very tiny maternity departments in some of the other Department store. Still, I haven't been finding a lot of options, so now I'm stuck looking on-line.

The gap coat LOOKS perfect...but the reviews are horrible. We have many maternity stores near us, but so far all I see is fall styles (mostly wool.) I really need down to make it through a mn winter!

Yup, I was going to chime in with Old Navy myself. Very cute maternity stuff there. Do you not have a major mall near you? They usually have 3-4 maternity stores in there, and most stores are stocking coats and boots for winter now.

the coat in the pic is down and from GAP. Old Navy has a super cute wool maternity coat for $65.
