Winter Birthday Party Idea For Kids

A custom creation by mom — sort of! Mama placed a custom order at the bakery of her local Target with very special instructions: three layers of round cake with fudge in between each layer, iced with smooth buttercream, and red polka dots with a red beaded border.

Now that mama had the basics covered, she took care of decorating the cake with items she already had on hand — some large swirly lollipops from Target and some super-cute cookies to match the theme!
