Who's More Sensitive: Boys or Girls?

Parents compare gender differences as soon as the gender is revealed of their first child. Society generally pins boys as the tougher of the two sexes, but anyone with a daddy's girl or mama's boy may have a difference in opinion. Every child is different but in your experience, who is more sensitive during childhood: boys or girls?

my son was so much more sensitive compared to my 2year old(Charlotte) and my 3 month old(Isla) is pretty tough to much and never cries

They are both sensitive and both not sensitive! My son is not sensitive at all but his cousin Isaac is super sensitive and his other cousin Keira is not at all. Each child has a different personality, regardless of gender. And you know what, I am not so sensitive and my husband really is. Gotta love it.

As a mom with one of each, and both are mid-late teens, my son was always FAR more sensitive than my daughter. I don't think either sex is naturally more sensitive, just sharing my family dynamic. Lol.

I think stereotyping genders - from birth, no less - is dangerous. Some children are very sensitive, some are a little sensitive, and some have tough skin. It's child - not gender - specific, IMO.
